Containment
SCP-XXX is to stay in a human containment cell during all hours in wich no other testing (or other required event) is taking place. It must be under both audio and visual surveillance at all times when not accompanied by at least one personnel that has Level 2 Security Clarence or higher. Any intentional interactions between SCP-XXX and another SCP must be approved by a personnel with Level 3 Security Clearance or higher, and even then must be closely monitored. SCP-XXX may request any item that its psychiatrist has approved in advance, and the item must then be cleared by a security personnel before being received by SCP-XXX. Then item must then be retrieved (unless said item was consumable) by the end of the day to be destroyed (unless requested otherwise by SCP-XXX, and in that case it must be approved by either a personnel with Level 3 Security Clearance or by its psychiatrist). In the case that the item is not to be destroyed, it must be stored in a secure, airtight container until requested again. SCP-XXX is to have three meals a day, and any food items not consumed must be disposed of by incineration. In the case of a breach, SPC-XXX is to be re-contained/kept in containment or directed out of the facility, depending on the scale and severity of said breach.
SCP-XXX appears to be a male human child around the age of six or seven. It is believed to have multiple speech, cognitive recognition, and/or developmental disorders. Currently standing at 1 m and weighing 31 kg, SCP-XXX has not changed in height or weight since being admitted to the facility. It is believed to posses anomalous abilities. Its exact origin is unknown.
SCP-XXX was first found in 1987 by a family living in ██████. They believed it to be a child that either was abandoned or ran away and welcomed it into their family. They named it Raven ████ ███████ since it was unable to communicate when they asked for its name. They managed to teach it some basic English words and phrases. As time went on, they began to become more and more concerned. As the years passed, the child did not grow or gain any weight. It also exhibited behaviors that were rather unsettling for the family members.
