Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 2 meters by 2 meters by 3 meters tall. Needed Level 3 access and must be accompanied by a person who is fluent in Morse code. There should be atleast 2 guards stationed outside the door for security checks and incase of the SCP should go rampant, both armed with atleast a 5.56 caliber, short barrel rifle (10-12 inches). All personal in/guarding the cell are to be armed with atleast one Taser X26C and scientists align with his accompanied peron are require to carry a .44/.45 acp caliber handgun with a minimum of 10 shots in the magazine and full size or .357 caliber revolver with atleast 6 shots as a back up while the guards are to use their primary weapon as a back up if the taser fails. The doors are to be the same doors as the heavy containment doors to prevent breakage in case of an attempted breach. It is only to be fed red meat (cooked or raw) with atleast 5kg-10kg to keep it compliant.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid figure seemingly in the eye of a tornado. X-Ray scans have shown that all vital organs are the same as a human but are bigger by 2x-3x then the average human male. It is passive until angered. SCP-XXXX was found within Nx-41 after it ran through a housing unit to [Data Expunged] and eventually got to Agent Roy Smithy, where it [Data Expunged] him, resulting in his death. (It was later found it ran through a school assembly where a picture of it was recovered running at a documented ███ kilometers an hour.) After it finished [Data Expunged] the agent, it later proceeded to eat him. After it was finished with the body, it became docile and began to passively roam and explore his new environment silently. The guards quickly apprehended him by knocking him out and tying him up til the nearest MTF unit escorted him to Site-██ . The SCP is fluent in English but doesn’t not understand it. Yet, it does understand Morse code but asked, it has no idea what it is and am not recreate it. Other then being aggressive when hungry, it also strongly reacts to the word “Storm” when said through Morse code where ever it is “said”. It will then start running at the target location and keep speeding up yet it will stop if there is an obstacle in the way that it didn’t break through. It will keep running at the object within the same pace it hit him, not moving back. It will keep at this behavior for 24 hours before forgetting and moving around to observe his environment or acted upon. It has a higher resistance to bullets then the human due to an incident but it reacts to electricity the same way a human would. Muscles tensing up and falling to the floor. After it’s been tased then it has no memory of him trying to [Data Expunged] someone. His top speed is unknown but tests are underway.
Addendum Electricity Incident
A incident happened at Site-██ which lead to some wires breaking due to an > uncrontolled burst of electricity. A electrician was called to fix the wiring and one of the > faulty wires was above SCP-XXXX cell. The incident occurred and the faulty, live wire fell > down and hit SCP-XXXX. The electrician tried to cut power as fast as power but onsite > paramedics stabilized SCP-XXXX condition. Later, doctors concluded that the damages to > SCP-XXXX were the same as if a human was to be hit by that wire. The faulty wire has > been fixed and the lights working in SCP-XXXX cell.
Addendum Diet Incident
Since SCP-XXXX capture on ██/██/████, it has been 1 day. It was determined that > SCP-XXXX hasn’t eaten in 6 days before the capture through interviews, (See Second > Interview). While trying to feed SCP-XXXX different diets, it did not accept any. On the > 4th attempt, SCP-XXXX became engraged and proceeded to [Data Expunged] and eat > the D-Class attempting to feed it. SCP-XXXX then charged the two guards in the cell > who escorted the D-Class. Both guards managed to fall back and close the heavy > containment door to prevent it from breaching containment. A squad of facility guards > was called to reinforce and help recontain SCP-XXXX. Recontainment was successfully > with no further casualties. After SCP-XXXX calmed down, (24 hours later), another > D-Class was sent in to give SCP-XXXX red meat. It ate the red meat, cooked or raw, and > left the D-Class alone, unharmed.
