Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4184 should be kept in a Standard Humanoid Containment cell. Due to SCP-4184’s large trigger radius, SCP-4184 should be kept at a separate facility in Site-█. At no time should any personnel consume or be in possession of food within 10 kilometers of SCP-4184. Anyone in possession of such items must be removed from the area and the items disposed of. All personnel on lunch must move to a separate off-site facility to eat. Chewing gum or other consumables of the liking are prohibited around SCP-4184’s containment facility, however, liquid beverages are permitted.
No fewer than 4 armed guards are to be stationed at SCP-4184’s containment chamber. Security personnel are to be rotated every 4 hours. Security personnel armed with anti-tank weapons are to be on standby in case of a containment breach. A perimeter fence is to be established 10 kilometers from SCP-4184’s containment facility. No unauthorized personnel are to be granted access into SCP-4184’s containment zone. All personnel entering the zone must be checked for consumables by perimeter security. Any person in possession of such items should not be permitted entry until said items are disposed of.
No more than 3 Class-D personnel are permitted inside SCP-4184’s containment cell. Testing involving SCP-4184 must be approved by at least two level 2 personnel. All testing or communication with SCP-4184 should be discontinued while SCP-4184 is singing or playing musical instruments, as the subject will become agitated if it is interrupted. Failure to comply with such restrictions will result in the violator’s removal from the facility, the use of force is authorized if necessary.
Description:
SCP-4184 is a humanoid lifeform approximately 1.8 meters in height, weighing roughly 73 kilograms. Entity appears to be a caucasian male approximately 26 years in age. However, no physical appearance changes have been noted for the entirety of SCP-4184’s containment since 19██. It seems that SCP-4184 does not age. SCP-4184 appears to be wearing a tattered GORKA-4 Russian Army Special Military BDU Uniform, as well as a K6-3 Spetsnaz helmet with steel visor and balaclava which covers the rest of SCP-4184’s face. SCP-4184 has never been observed removing any of its clothing, due to this, it is unknown what is beneath its uniform. It is assumed that SCP-4184’s clothing is attached to its body. X-ray scans do not reveal any bones or internal organs inside SCP-4184, therefore it is unknown how SCP-4184 manages to keep itself alive. Any attempts to remove SCP-4184’s balaclava or helmet will be met with extreme hostility. SCP-4184 will begin to scream and curse in Russian and [DATA EXPUNGED] whoever attempted to remove its clothing.
SCP-4184 was first discovered on February ██, 19██ in the Western Siberian Plain, Russia. Local law enforcement agencies had recently reported numerous missing vehicles and persons traveling through the region. On February ██, 19██, Two groups of law enforcement officers sent to investigate the disappearances were found dead near [DATA EXPUNGED], one of officers had been [REDACTED]. On February ██, The Foundation was informed by the Russian government about the disturbances and Mobile Task Force unit India-7 was dispatched to investigate. At 19:00 hours, February ██. India-7 made first contact with SCP-4184 in [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-4184 is usually docile and will spend most of its time pacing around its containment chamber, seemingly examining it. Occasionally, SCP-4184 will call out to Foundation staff requesting a guitar or accordion to be delivered to it. SCP-4184 will then proceed to sing numerous Russian folk songs. This behavior is considered normal. SCP-4184 is capable of speaking, although only in Russian. Attempts at communicating with SCP-4184 have been conducted but were mostly unsuccessful due to SCP-4184 becoming agitated and repeatedly calling the interviewer a “capitalist pig” and refusing to talk.
SCP-4184 will become hostile if any person within a 10 kilometer radius of SCP-4184 consumes food of any kind, regardless of any visual or spatial obstructions. If this occurs, SCP-4184 will begin to produce a blue fluid within its body, similar to human adrenaline in terms of the effect it has on SCP-4184, in massive amounts. This fluid is now designated SCP-4184-B. The origin of SCP-4184-B is unknown, as there are no known records of this substance. It is also unknown how this substance is produced in the body of SCP-4184 due to a lack of internal organs. After SCP-4184-B is produced, it will begin to fill the entire body of SCP-4184. SCP-4184-B will then crystallize to form SCP-4184-C, which has a durability greater than that of steel. SCP-4184-C is a crystalline compound composed of unknown materials. The presence of SCP-4184-C within the body will then increase SCP-4184’s strength dramatically. SCP-4184-C however, will not impair the movement or other bodily functions of SCP-4184, despite hardening inside its body. SCP-4184 is now capable of throwing punches that can penetrate almost any solid material.
After SCP-4184-B has completed the crystallization process, SCP-4184 will begin to run towards the person who has consumed the food, who will now be designated SCP-4184-1. SCP-4184 will [DATA EXPUNGED] anything that stands between it and SCP-4184-1. When SCP-4184 comes in contact with SCP-4184-1 it will first grab ahold of it and scream “No eating in my country!” This is the only recorded event in which SCP-4148 will speak English. SCP-4184-1 will be rendered immobile due to SCP-4184’s immense grip. SCP-4184 will then begin to extract all essential nutrients and bodily fluids from SCP-4184-1, essentially starving SCP-4148-1 in seconds. This will cause SCP-4148-1’s body to [REDACTED] and eventually lead to the termination of SCP-4184-1, The extraction process is usually completed in less than 1 minute and still remains largely unknown to the Foundation. Directly after the termination of SCP-4184-1, SCP-4184-C will begin to disintegrate within 1-2 minutes inside SCP-4184’s body. This results in SCP-4184 losing its strength and returning to its normal docile state. Liquid beverages such as water will not trigger a reaction and therefore are safe to be consumed around SCP-4184. Consumables such as chewing gum will not trigger a reaction and are considered safe as long as they are not swallowed. Small arms such as pistols, sub-machine guns, and assault rifles have proven ineffective at stopping SCP-4184 while in its enraged state and have done little to slow its progression. However, anti-tank weapons such as rocket launchers are able to slow SCP-4184 considerably, but remain unable to stop it completely. Rocket launchers have proven to be most effective.
