Containment Proceedure: SCP-7817 is to be contained within 30x30 standard humanoid containment chamber, modified to look like a church, and fed a standard humanoid meal plan. Said humanoid containment chamber is to be encased in pure Osmium, with food and water delivered by a pressured tube system. Access the chamber must be filed under a C12 Danger Acknowledgement, though not forbidden. During periods of good behavior, SCP-7817 should be allowed access to a congregation of D-Class personnel to preach to.
Description SCP-7817 is an approximately two meter tall humanoid male of European decent in their late twenties to early thirties, with short, black hair that doesn't seem to grow and light blue eyes. SCP-7817, though provided with multiple sets of fresh clothes, will always wear a black priests outfit and robe with black leather gloves and black and white wingtipped shoes. Despite the amount of damage and scuffing that this outfit would have after 500+(?) years being worn, the outfit displays no wear, possibly an extension of SCP-7817's anomalous abilities.
SCP-7817 posses the ability to vibrate their body at currently unmeasurable speeds, allowing them to move and cut through most materials. In addition to this SCP-1718 is generally unable to be harmed, EXCEPT by items that are satanic, blessed in the name of Satan, or likewise, which will inflict damage upon them.
