SCP-XXXX has no current Containment Procedures because of its nature (check Description).

Description:
SCP-XXXX looks like a regular male child/teenager/adult. He has spiky hair, speaks 2 languages (English - best language it can speak, and French - badly). SCP-XXXX has fairly light skin with a excess amount of freckles. Usually speaks in a Australian accent when talking in English and French. From listening to his conversations, we can determine that his name is Mike. He appears to enjoy dark jokes and uses immense amount of slang in English. Its anomalous ability is being completely omninesciencent¹ in our world [Read the link in the footnote to understand the rest]. This makes SCP-XXXX completely uncontainable. Attempting to stop SCP-XXXX in any way is impossible as without any effort on its part, the object touching SCP-XXXX will be resisted with immense pressure, forcing the object to be completely destroyed, or be moved away. However, due to its omninescience, SCP-XXXX is unaware that it's in this world. Instead, SCP-XXXX appears to on earth but in a time and location. If you look into its eyes, reflected back is SCP-XXXX's world. SCP-XXXX's world is identical completely to ours. However, it seems to be in a different time compared to ours. The SCP Foundation doesn't know when exactly SCP-XXXX is located as sometimes SCP-XXXX is in the future or the past. Currently, it seems like he is between 1998 to ████. His time seems to change every hour to 40 minutes. It appears that SCP-XXXX doesn't realise that he is getting older and younger constantly.

SCP-XXXX has once seen the event in which his time is identical to our world. When this occurred, SCP-XXXX stopped being Omninescience and managed to communicate with us. The interview log is only for the eyes of Level 4 Researchers and higher.

Foreword: During SCP-XXXX awakening in our world, he is detained by Foundation personnel and quickly put into an interview room before his 40 minutes is over. A forced blood test is done on SCP-XXXX and is examined. Results appear as if SCP-XXXX is a normal human.

Mr. █████████: I'm ██████ and is part of the SCP Foundation. We have been viewing your activity for the past 17 years. You appear to be ignoring us in an anomalous way. And only now you appear to not be. Please state your experiences before your 40 minutes of reality is over.

SCP-XXXX: Huh?

Mr. █████████: Alright if you don't know what we are, we are an organisation which Secures, Contains, and Protects powerful being such as you from the public eye.
SCP-XXXX: Uh alright? I'm pretty sure man that I'm not powerful or anything. Anyways, how'd you manage to make me appear here? I was just talk'n to me mate Leroy and suddenly I pop into this crap box that you call an interview room
Mr. █████████: OK, I'll explain your situation from the beginning. You except now, were living in a separate world but your body was here, in our world.
SCP-XXXX: Bullshit.
Mr. █████████: We have evidence. Researchers play video on a projector for a minute Is this enough?
SCP-XXXX: As if I'd believe that but I may as well go along with you guys as you don't seem to be letting me outta here anytime soon.
Mr. █████████: Checks time Alright, we have approximately 34 minutes to talk so tell me your life story as quickly as possible.
SCP-XXXX: Then I can get out?
Mr. █████████: Sure…
SCP-XXXX: Ominous eh? Alright then. So from the start. I talked to my buddy Leroy, but then you guys managed to make me come here. Huh… that's pretty short, ain't it?
Mr. █████████: Yeah, is that really all there is?
SCP-XXXX: Huh, maybe your right doc man, I may be the most powerful being in the universe sarcastic laugh. But actually, I don't recall anythin' further than Leroy. How'd I learn to talk? Did you do this to me?
Mr. █████████: No we didn't do that. But that's what we are trying to work out in the Foundation. Who and what you are.
SCP-XXXX: Don't call me what, man, I'm still human, the human called Mike. Anyways what did you mean by 34 minu- //SCP-XXXX suddenly looks 10 years older than his previous form and quickly runs into Mr. █████████, causing him a broken rib which pierced his heart and killed him. SCP-XXXX breaches containment

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX most likely lives in a timeline for 10 minutes to a hour and then moves to a different one, forgetting everything from the last timeline. We haven't discovered a reason to why this time in particular, SCP-XXXX managed to change timelines so quickly. Perhaps he is aware of his ability and was bluffing.

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 20m x 20m x 5m room made out of concrete 40cm thick. The room is an Anechoic Chamber, engineered to trap the most sound possible. The room must be airtight. A pipe delivering oxygen to SCP-XXXX's cell provides oxygen to SCP-XXXX. A decibel meter is to be always powered in SCP-XXXX's room. Any sounds detected which are louder than 87 decibels are to be immediately reported.
SCP-XXXX must always be wearing his Expansion Disabling Suit (EDS) which is a heavily modified full body suit with gloves connected at the hands. The EDS activates when 87 decibels is detected on the decibel meter. Activation of the EDS begins the process of disabling SCP-XXXX's movements by quickly expanding and making the suit drastically heavier, preventing SCP-XXXX from continuing to use his anomalous ability.
Requests to test SCP-XXXX are to be denied as increasingly using his ability directly makes it more challenging to prevent escape.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX's general containment area is located at █████, ████km west of █████, in Australia. The size of SCP-XXXX's containment area is 10km x 10km x 100m, made of plastic able to stand against Australia's heat. A level 2 or higher guard or researcher must always be close enough to SCP-XXXX to hear if it says a destination outside of his general containment area.
If SCP-XXXX doesn't say a destination, but starts leaving his 10km containment area, a team of MTF Epsilon-22 ("The Usual") must follow it and any non-Foundation personnel which see SCP-XXXX must be (word for removing memories). However, this has never occurred so far in SCP-XXXX's containment history.
Every year, SCP-XXXX usually goes onto a trip on a global scale. When this is said, immediate temporary containment areas must be made in order to keep SCP-XXXX away from public eye until it returns back to its general containment area. SCP-XXXX may be used for tests.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a (find a picture and say the characteristics) who has the ability of being purely Omninesciencent; the body and mind of SCP-XXXX is blocked and ignores the entire universe. This trait of SCP-XXXX prevents anything from stopping him, therefore walls, people and anything won't be able to stop him.
SCP-XXXX's eyes lightly reflect what seems to be what it sees. SCP-XXXX appears to exist in another reality, as well as our own, but is rooted in that reality. This means that if SCP-XXXX exudes bodily products, that nothing will appear in our reality. SCP-XXXX's reality appears to be a copy of ours but the main difference is that there doesn't appear to be a Foundation in that reality.
A pending request to send Foundation Personnel to neutralise SCP-XXXX's in his reality have been denied as too much resources must be spent for neutralisation of a minor being.

Addendum XXXX.1: Prior to complete understanding of SCP-XXXX, tests were done to check how resilient SCP-XXXX is. All tests are done while SCP-XXXX is sleeping unless stated otherwise.
