Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX to be kept in Foundation-standard solitary confinement in Site ██. One (1) Foundation-associated paediatric psychiatrist is to assess SCP-XXXX twice per week.
SCP-XXXX is allowed free access to all facilities in Site ██, barring anywhere that violates standard safety or security measures. SCP-XXXX has been cleared of any risk of threat to the Foundation; no Special Containment Procedures are required, provided SCP-XXXX remains in Site ██. A request to lower SCP-XXXX’s Object Class from Keter to Safe is currently pending and awaiting approval.
SCP-XXXX to be kept in Foundation-standard solitary confinement in Site ██ with two (2) armed guards. All personnel involved with SCP-XXXX must score above 60 points on the Milgram Obedience Examination and a Cognitive Resistance Value of 15.0 or more. Should an individual’s CRV fall below this rating, they must be treated with Class-B Class-C Class-D amnestics and immediately transferred to another facility.
All lactose and dairy substances are to be expunged from SCP-XXXX’s diet, due to previously unforeseen severe allergies requiring immediate medical attention. Besides this, no dietary requirements are in place.
Three (3) full course meals of SCP-XXXX’s choosing and one (1) D-Class individual are to be supplied to SCP-XXXX on a daily basis. A request to ease Special Containment Procedures and lower SCP-XXXX’s Object Class from Euclid to Safe is currently pending and awaiting approval.
One standard MRE is to be supplied to SCP-XXXX per day. Should SCP-XXXX’s weight recede 22.5 kilograms, no forms of caloric intake may be supplied until SCP-XXXX’s weight reaches acceptable limits again. Should an allergic reaction or medical emergency take place, no treatment is to be supplied whatsoever.
Under no circumstances should Foundation personnel be left in SCP-XXXX’s vicinity for over thirty (30) minutes. All interactions with SCP-XXXX are to take place through security footage and indirect communication via intercom.
Any applications to lower the Object Class or ease Special Containment Procedures must result in Site ██ entering complete lockdown until all onsite individuals are tested for cognitive and memetic influences. Should lockdown remain active for over 48 hours, or Special Containment Procedures breached by Foundation personnel, Mobile Task Force Eta-10 and 11 are to be contacted and dispatched.
Any Foundation personnel found tampering with security measures or attempting rescue of SCP-XXXX are to be treated with Class-D amnestics and immediately transferred to another facility, regardless of their CRV.
Any individuals who believe SCP-XXXX has been neutralized, maimed or otherwise incapable of harm are to be treated with Class-D amnestics and immediately transferred to another facility, regardless of their CRV.
Any attempt by personnel to supply SCP-XXXX’s wants and/or desires are to be be treated with Class-D amnestics and immediately transferred to another facility, regardless of their CRV.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous memetic entity whose default appearance is impossible to discern through sight, security footage, digital and analog photography, heat signatures, electromagnetic and ionizing radiation, radio waves, or magnetic field gradients. No known methods to determine SCP-XXXX’s are currently available.
SCP-XXXX is capable of altering how it is visually, physically and audially perceived to appear as a human male between █ and ██ years of age. SCP-XXXX is known to frequently warp aspects of its image with the apparent purpose of seeking attention, support and sympathy. Previous attempts include feigning fatal allergic reactions, ██████, severe physical trauma, malnutrition, ██████████ and psychological signs of depression and anxiety. In previous containment breaches, SCP-XXXX utilized its apparent vulnerability to bait and entrap Foundation personnel.
As of ██/██/████, SCP-XXXX has been labelled as a cognitohazardous entity. Individuals who have viewed SCP-XXXX, heard SCP-XXXX, involved in SCP-XXXX’s Special Containment Procedures or are aware of its nature, treatment or ███████ tend to believe [COGNITOHAZARD EXPUNGED] and often attempt to ███████████ ██████ ███████, ████ ██████ or ██████ SCP-XXXX. Influenced Foundation personnel incapable of the above and ranking below a Hare Psychopathy Checklist (Revised) score of 25 generally tend to commit suicide or ████-██████.
SCP-XXXX was obtained on ██/██/████, in the ██████ Orphanage, South Dakota, after the culmination of ██ missing persons cases drew the attention of local authorities. After 72 hours of no contact, an undercover Foundation squad was dispatched for investigation and containment. After 24 hours with no response, Mobile Task Force Epsilon-6 was contacted, and SCP-XXXX was retrieved, along with █ survivors. Class-C amnestics were supplied to the surrounding populace.
