SCP 5063 “ the flood”
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP 5063 Is to be placed on a Metal table in a concrete and re-bar room. The dimensions must be a minimum of 2 meters by 2 meters. Sealable air vents are to be located into the room to prevent escape of 5063-1 instances. The room will have one wide window which is made of plastic that is 1/2 millimeters thick on the east side. On the northern side is another 3 rooms. 1st one and last one are airlocks to prevent instances of 5063-1 to be released. In between the 1st and 3rd room is a room with dimensions of 4 meters wide by 2 meters tall. Lockers with hazmat suits and decontamination showers are located there.
All FP going into 5063 are to be wearing Hazmat suits, including D class.
Description:SCP 5063 was found in a storage unit in south eastern US. SCP 5063 is a N95 Mask in a bag. The N95 mask and the bag are of a unknown substance. In the mask’s respirator compartment is fungal spores that latch onto brain cells and forces the brain to force hyperventilation. All Spores are to be known as 5063-1. Once the subject breaths through the respirator the 5063-1 instances enter the lungs, and are transported to the brain. It is unknown why the spores where in the mask in the first place or why they target the brain.
The 5063-1 instances kill the subject by tearing the brain cells open and kills the cells in Seconds. 5063-1 keeps the subject alive long enough to exhale CO2 in which they are released into the air and they can stay floating for up to 4 hours. At such point and time all beings infected by SCP 5063-1 are to be named 5063–2.
Once the subject exhales 5063-1 causes the brain to send adrenaline through the blood non stop, causing a heart attacks and in 60% of cases, Cardiac Arrest. Usually the victims die 8 minutes of the first exhale due to cardiac arrest.
Addendum 5063-1
During a test of SCP 5063 one of the Air Lock vents failed. The researchers were unaware as the D class was ordered to use the mask. The D class hyperventilated releasing 5063-1 instances into the research room. The class D died due to cardiac arrest, The researchers died of cardiac arrest as well.
Addendum 5063-2
During a test of SCP 5063 Chaos Insurgency infiltrated the facility knocking out the power, The D class hyperventilated after using SCP 5063 and 5063-1 Spores entered the ventilation shafts of the facility. MTF Beta-7 was dispatched to the facility to contain the outbreak. At the end of the outbreak 32 Foundation personnel died from the fungus, 1 Level 5 was among them. This event proved an XY end of the world scenario is possible with SCP 5063. SCP 5063 Was reclassified as keter.
Addendum 5063-3
During a power outage a rouge scientist stole SCP 5063, inhaled the fungus and continued spreading it to other personnel unaware, for 4 minutes he ran before reaching gate B, running out of the facility and handing the SCP to Chaos agents. The chaos agents were terminated by E-11 Units 2 hours later. The site was detonated to prevent further pandemics. SCP 5063 was transferred to Site 89.
Addendum 5063-4
Termination attempt approved by O5-8. SCP 5063 was placed into an incinerator, once it was pulled out it looked the same as before, Attempt Failed.
Addendum 5063-5
Termination attempt approved by O5-8. A small hand grenade was placed in the bag and the bag was closed while the subject pulled the pin. The grenade detonated 5 seconds later, SCP 5063 looked the exact Same but with a dismantled grenade inside the bag.

O5-8 changed the class of SCP 5063 to Euclid.
