Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be stored in a warehouse in ███████, China, which is guarded by armed personnel. Any SCP-xxxx-1 instances found in the wild are to be turned in to the nearest Foundation site for recycling into electronics. Outbreaks of SCP-xxxx-1 are to be located, then recycled into electronics if possible. SCP-xxxx-2 is to be treated as a normal plant and can be used anywhere in the gardening section of Site-██. SCP-xxxx is not allowed to be planted in the gardening section of Site-██, and a new separate space has been built solely for the purpose of testing SCP-xxxx.

Description: SCP-xxxx is a pile of █████ plant seeds from varying numbers of plant species. Instances of SCP-xxxx respond to mundane gardening procedures (i.e. watering it and giving it normal plant fertilizer), producing non-anomalous plant specimens when subjected to them.

The anomalous properties of SCP-xxxx manifest when seeds are subjected to an alternate gardening procedure, designated SCP-xxxx-2. SCP-xxxx-2 is similar in structure to typical gardening procedures, but utilizes metallic/electronic components and battery acid in the place of fertilizer and water respectively. When SCP-xxxx is subjected to SCP-xxxx-2, SCP-xxxx will grow into SCP-xxxx-1.

SCP-xxxx-1 appears to be an electronic item (phones, television, wires, computers, etc.) which is shaped like its SCP-xxxx-2 counterpart. For instance, growing a sunflower seed into SCP-xxxx-1 results in a different arrangement of wires and cellphones that appears to look like a sunflower. The electronic devices created by SCP-xxxx-1 appear to work normally as they should.

Discovered along with SCP-xxxx was the note mentioned earlier, and a note in Chinese. Roughly translated into English, the note reads:

Machine Seeds, a new way to make gadgets!

These seeds have been genetically modified by The Factory©️ to grow cellphones and other such electronic devices. A new cheaper way to produce cellphones! Dial [PHONE NUMBER REDACTED] for more information about Machine Seeds.
