Special Containment procedure: it is to be contained within 10x10x5 meter room. It should be emptied of all air. within the middle of which lies a 1x1x0,25 meter lead plate. On it, rests a electromagnetic pedestal that is connected to a main generator and a backup generator. Floating above the pedestal is the object. the object has ferromagnetic properties, Where the objective gets it's properties is unclear. Permission from a level 3 personnel is required to access the object. If the object is ever to be removed, it must be contained within a lead (or other dense meterial) box, and be carried by D-class subjects.

Description: SCP-6101 is a ferromagnetic meterial that has a grey-blackish colouring with what appears to be a rough texture. It weighs approximately 1,73 kilograms. If any contact is made with the object, the contacted part begins to disappear. Denser meterial degrades over a longer period of time (see experiment log 1 for details). Because of the fact that lead is a dense meterial, it should be used for Containment.

It was discovered on 20.5.20XX in Navada in a house in the middle of the mojave desert. The house seems to have a makeshift laboratory. It was descovered on a electromagnetic pedestal. A notebook was found, attributed to a "Dr. Yrigo" (see descovery log 1 for details). The notebook was found by the body of, what is believe to be, Dr. Yrigo. The notebook has insane rambling, as well as signs of understanding of science.
