Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5000 is contained within a ████████████ Sector-██ at Site-██. Personnel is not permitted into subject’s living quarters unless written request has been made and improved by Dr. ████████. Class D personnel are only allowed to interacting with the subject for testing purposes only and should be accompanied by three armed guards for SCP-5000’s safety.
SCP-5000 can freely roam the facility but is requested to communicate solely via sign language to ensure no unusual effects will occur. Subjects must be accompanied by an agent that can serve as its translator. It is worth noting that SCP-5000 has demonstrated absolute compliance with the non-vocalization restrains, however; the subject will be disciplined if silence is broken outside of permitted areas. Personnel pressuring SCP-5000 to break their silence will be punished. Class D personnel urging SCP-5000 to break their silence will be terminated. SCP-5000 is allowed to vocalize in isolation or during testing.
While there is no concern that SCP-5000 would try to escape or cause a security breach, Dr. D█████ ████ suggested a tracking bracelet be placed on the subjects ██████████████. Request for a tracking bracket is under review. Request granted by Dr. R█████ █████ August 08, 20██. SCP-5000 was to receiving the tracking device without protest.
SCP-5000 requested to undergo surgical procedures to become mute. The request is under review by Dr. Lovegood.
Description: SCP-5000 is a young African American female. 1.7m (5ft 6in) in height, and 65.8kg (145 lbs.) in weight, possessing an athletic built. Subject maintains an Afro. No other outstanding characteristic beside her right iris is yellow which was concealed via a brown colored contact lens. Subject chooses a wardrobe of everyday business causal attire and a modest amount of make-up.
SCP-5000 does not like to be addressed by the SCP designation number. Subject will response to her government name ████████ Harrison. Subject will also a response to Dr. Harrison, Miss Harrison or Tony. SCP-5000 is formerly a ██████████ and a trained ████████. Subject is generally compassionate, empathic, an excellent listener, patient, and cooperative. Subject enjoys journaling, exercise, yoga, meditation, and aromatherapy. Subject requests conversation despite having to communicate solely via sign language. Subject compliance to communicating solely by sign language is a clear indicator of remorse as her counseling session has been associated to to sixteen suicides.

When the subject is speaking under normal circumstances:
Individual listening and responding to SCP-5000 reported no vocalization abnormalities. Individual did not display or voice a desire to self-harm or self-terminate.
When the subject is counseling individual dealing with mild to moderate acute stress:
Individual listening and responding to SCP-5000 reported no vocalization abnormalities. Individual did report that they experience an improvement in mood and the ability to cope with their situation. Individual did not display or voice a desire to self-harm or self-terminate.
When subject is counseling individuals dealing with severe acute stress:
Individual listening and responding to SCP-5000 reported that Dr. Harrison sounded ‘angelic’. Individual also report that Dr. Harrison build excellent rapport with them, validated their feelings, and opened their eyes to solutions to their issues. Individual did display an increases level of resilience. Individual did not display or voice a desire to self-harm or self-terminate.
When the subject is counseling individuals dealing with mild to moderate chronic stress:
Individual listening and responding to SCP-5000 reported that Dr. Harrison sounded ‘angelic’. Individual also experience chills and felt a strong urge to improve their lives. Individual reported feeling that she had a ‘special’ message to deliver to them. They expressed feeling she was the only people who understood them. Most individuals claimed that she was healing them with her voice. Individual did not display or voice a desire to self-harm or self-terminate.
When the subject is counseling individuals dealing with severe chronic stress, suffering a mental illness or is suicide risk:
Individuals listening and responding to SCP-5000 describes Dr. Harrison’s voice as angelic yet haunting. Individuals documented feeling addicted to her voice. Loved one of these patients reported that individuals were more at peace. There were no signs that these individuals would kill themselves.
All individuals in this category will take their own lives five days after their third session. All personnel insisted that they were told during the third session that heaven awaited them, they were encouraged to kill themselves, there was nothing for them here, and that they suffer needlessly. Individuals also documented that they heard her voice no matter where they were, and she showed them paradise in their dreams.
When reviewing audio and video record of all session: No anomalies were found or reported.
Addendum: SCP-5000 sought out the Foundation and requested to be detained March 13, 20██. Subject recollected ██ incidents were high risk clients came to her office declaring they wanted to hear her angelic voice once more. These individuals insisted that she convince them that peace can only be found through death and proceed to [Data expunged].
Subject revealed that they were sued for encouraging her patients to take their own lives. After further investigation, the cases where dropped citing that all former clients as troubled and delusional.
After the ██████ reported suicide, subject reviewed all audio and visual recordings of all therapy sessions and found no such coercion. Subject did notice all high-risk clients committed suicide five days after their third therapy session. Subjects willing presented audio and visual voice recording of her therapy sessions for further review. Subject also reported that her last session was held March 03, 20██. Subjected discovered ██████ of her ██████ recent clients committed suicide which resulted in the subject to reach out to the Foundation.
Field investigator was sent to research these deaths and found that all ████ individuals had cited that Dr.██████ inspired them to ████████. All suicide notes and declaration of suicide was collected and [Data Expunged] Class A amnestic distributed to [Data expunged]. Field investigators also pursed and interviewed Dr. ████████’s colleagues and loved one of former clients to [Data expunged]. Class A amnestic was then given to all interviewed personnel. After reviewing subjects claims and all the evidence, the Foundation was compiled to detained subject March 15, 20██, for further experimentation (see experiment log, coming soon).
