Special Containment Procedures:
SCP containment procedures are fairly simple. SCP-4032 is to be kept in a large aviary simulating a rain forest and must be fed at least 2 live mice per day. Please note that if it is to escape their enclosure without permission to leave to help track an SCP shall be what Agent Yuki Hikari (Newest employee of Japanese origin as of this SCP) shall describe as "A goose chase as wild as a lion in Africa." if it wishes to be let out to interact with staff it shall be allowed to interact with D-Class personnel, and/or another feline and must be monitored closely as it is able to temporarily give other felines the same wings as itself.
Description:
SCP-4032 is a female Felis Catus (more specifically a breed known as a Russian Blue) with red bat wings upon its back; SCP-4032 is also capable of human speech and often demands extra food despite the 2 mice per day mentioned in the Special Containment Procedures being enough for her to survive. It refers to itself as "The first ever SCP to become staff" despite it not being staff at all.
Addendum:
SCP-4032 is able to track other SCPs via scent like a Canis lupus familiaris of the bloodhound variety once the escaped SCP is found it is to be rewarded with a chicken thigh to go with it's usual meal of 2 mice if the SCP is successfully put back in captivity. SCP-4032 is able to temporarily give other creatures of the family Felidae bat wings on his/her back similar to its own, if the feline is removed from SCP-4032 it's bat wings shall slowly shrink and disappear.
