Item: Scp-xxxx "the anomaly alarm"
Class: Safe
Special containment procedures: Scp-xxxx is supplied with a nose plug to be worn when not in containment. The nose plug is not to be removed, doing so will result in punishment directly from the head of the facility. Scp-xxxx currently is a class-b personnel with the option to roam the facility freely from 7am to 10pm. They are not allowed in other scp cells unless being monitored. Scp-xxxx has a fully furnished room complete with a bathroom and kitchen. They are given meals of their choice and often ask for entertainment, resulting from the fact that they were recently given a tv complete with cable.
Description: Scp-xxxx is a humanoid creature known as "the anomaly alarm" that currently has a occupation at the foundation. They work at their own will as a scientist in the facility and has worked on [redacted] and [redacted]. They are often used to study scp that are related to human and animal biology. Scp-xxxx has extraordinary abilities that are believed to link directly to the scp anomaly's as a whole [this is only a thought and has not been proven true] . They appear to be a human male with brown hair, green eyes and pale skin that goes by the name "mistake". They are in no way hostile towards humans unless directly in contact with another scp. When near another scp, scp-xxxx will begin to show physical change in their body ranging from black eyes to enhanced limbs. This is believed to be caused by an instinct only present in scp-xxxx. When directly in physical contact with another scp their body will begin to fully change and appear to start a complete genetic change
that will result in their physical form appearing to be a black creature with elongated limbs and an overstretched body; these features seem to vary depending on the scope that it is in contact with.
This instinct seems to be dulled by blocking off scp-xxxx's scent. This lets them be anywhere near another scp without change unless in physical contact with them. Even if it is impossible for scp-xxxx to smell the scp if their nose is not covered and the scp is within a 40 foot length from them, they will show effects of the transformation. This form is known as Scp-xxxx-B.
Item: Scp-xxxx-b
Class: Euclid
Special containment procedures: When Scp-xxxx is in this form they must be restrained and given their nose cover. If it is not possible for the nose cover to be applied it will be captured and forced into a cell built off of the facility and away from the other anomalies.
Description: Scp-xxxx-b is the second form of Scp-xxxx it is a tall pitch black humanoid with varying features such as an enlarged mouth or over elongated arms. This form is extremely dangerous and will attempt to kill anything stopping it from destroying an anomaly or will attempt to destroy any anomaly in sight.
Case Log 1 (initial capture): This is Eric Thomas logging the appearance of an anomaly near the location of scp-949. The anomaly appears to be pitch black with red eyes and shows a tall creature with long over-stretched arms that are longer than its torso and legs. They have appeared to show more even humanoid features the further they have gotten from the amusement park. We will soon devise a plan of capture for the anomaly unless given notice not too.
The anomaly has been captured and is now on the transport back to the facility.
The anomaly no longer appears to be a black humanoid creature and has reverted to a completely humanoid being, questioning will follow this event.
From the information we receive from the anomaly they appear to be like any normal human but had a birth defect that caused them to become slightly scaly at random times. From what I have seen I believe that this anomaly is a human that changes when close to another anomaly. This could change everything we have seen from the scp anomalys so far. This however is just a theory and will require further research.
We arrived at the facility and the anomaly in which I've nicknamed The Anomaly Alarm has already changed back into its previous form, we will continue to research a way to prevent this change.

Case log 2 (first hostile interaction): "We have decided to take a sample from the anomaly [REDACTED] and inject it into SCP-xxxx. This test is being monitored to see what will happen if we bring an anomaly too close to SCP-xxxx. SCP-xxxx consented to this test but will not be held responsible for what happens during it."
"The subject showed immediate changes from their usual form when in their blood is in contact with anomaly's dna. These changes being a mouth and no eyes. The mouth appears to be a defect as there is still skin attached to both sides of its jaw. We will soon send in a subject to test if SCP-xxxx is as hostile as when in contact with other anomaly's. We will now be switching audio logs."
[AUDIO LOG CHANGING TO CLASS D SUBJECT]
"I, i don't want to do this, not in that dark a** room" A guard then edged him on. As he was forced into the room.
"Its pitch black, i haven't felt the floor move even though that thing is huge" The subject would continue to walk around the room.
After nearly 30 minutes a loud moan resembling that of a humans cry for help echoed the room. We then turned the subjects work light on following that, a scream. The subject began screaming frantically trying their hardest to escape the room. A researcher asked what was wrong before the man stated the following. "Hes trailing me, hes been right in front of me this entire time, its like no matter where i walk that f***ing thing is there" The subject then vanished without a trace and the audio switch back.
[AUDIO LOG CHANGING BACK TO LEAD RESEARCHER]
"It appears when scp-xxxx is in direct exposure of another anomaly for a long period of time they gain a behavior of playing with their food. In the dark they will stay directly in front of test subjects and stay there until the subject either dies themselves or scp-xxxx finishes them. This partially explains why this form would need a mouth. It is still unexplained how this creature sees, possibly a type of echo-location?"
