Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a locked room at all times. The room's door should be protected by no less than (2) guards at a time. The door is only to be opened with a head scientist's approval. During cleaning/testing, SCP-XXXX-1 should not be touched. When approved by at least (2) head scientists, SCP-XXXX may be allowed into a large field to play in.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 1.2 meter tall, gray, bony canine-like organism. It has a very short snout. It has a human-like mouth and black, sharp teeth. SCP-XXXX has 4 little holes where it's ears would be. It is blind and has no eyes, however it has a very strong sense of hearing and smell. It seems that it can telepathically communicate with SCP-XXXX-1 to know where something is.

SCP-XXXX isn't hostile, however it will attack and kill anyone who touches SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX can retract it's claws into it's foot. SCP-XXXX appears malnourished, however it refuses to eat or drink anything. When it is hungry/thirsty, it will sit on SCP-XXXX-1. It seems to get it's food and water from SCP-XXXX-1. It is unknown how SCP-XXXX is able to be given food and water from sitting on SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX seems to rapidly regenerate lost tissue. When going anywhere, SCP-XXXX will carry SCP-XXXX-1 in it's mouth.

SCP-XXXX-1 is a hexagon made out of an unknown slimy material. When any living organism makes physical contact with it, it vibrates and agitates SCP-XXXX-1. When brought into contact with extremely hot temperatures, it will melt into a liquid and try to move towards SCP-XXXX. When SCP-XXXX is harmed, SCP-XXXX-1 will let out a high-pitched sound that will kill anybody who hears it when heard for more than 5 seconds.

Addendum #1: SCP-XXXX was first found when a hunter and his wife were hunting deer in [DATA EXPUNGED], North Dakota. They saw SCP-XXXX and got scared and ran away. It became curious and followed them. When SCP-XXXX got too close, they shot it with a handgun. Immediately, SCP-XXXX-1 let out the high-pitched noise. The hunter and his wife were found dead with dried blood on and in their ears.

Addendum #2: SCP-XXXX had also wandered into people's houses in [DATA EXPUNGED], North Dakota. It came into multiple children's rooms, then it sat down and watched them for an unknown reason. Nobody was killed when SCP-XXXX did this. When one child's parent noticed it, SCP-XXXX ran out of the house. It was after this that SCP-XXXX was contained.

Addendum #3: After the breach at site ██, SCP-XXXX escaped with SCP-XXXX-1 in it's mouth. SCP-XXXX was later found at a river near the town of [DATA EXPUNGED], Virginia. It did not resist when taken back into containment and moved to Area █.
