SCP-935 - Mystery Box

Object SCP-935 is a dark wood box with no known origin. Seems to act similar to the mystery box in a fictional game known well as Call of Duty, though there are only certain versions that serve the fictional object. However, it has seemed to appear in real life. The object is (enter measurements). Upon opening SCP-935, a random item will appear inside. Although it can only hold small enough objects that can fit inside. Over the course of testing the object periodically makes noises, noises similar to a little girl's giggle. SCP-935 also rattles and shakes randomly if object was not opened for a certain amount of time. It appears that SCP-935 has a mind of it's own. After a certain amount of uses of SCP-935, SCP-935 gets irritated and will stay shut until subject has stopped attempting to open the box and has no line of sight of the box. When all subjects have no line of sight of SCP-935, the object will then transport to a random location in the property of it's ownership.

SCP-935's first appearance was located in the state of ██████████ ███████, in the home belonging to the subject of ████ located on ████ ██ St. The object was owned for at least 5 years, though the exact date or location of ownership of the object is unknown. Owner stated that the object always appeared ordinary over the course of ownership and had no . However, on ██/██/██, the object appeared to glow blue in color for a temporary amount of time.

Several tests have been made on SCP-935. All tests were made at the same location upon discovering.

  • Tests have been made whether SCP-935 can be transported. Subject-████ grabbed SCP-935 and moved it 3 feet away from its designated area. Subject-████ was then possessed and killed. After all subjects lost line of sight of SCP-935, it then transported to the same spot it was moved from. Owner did not attempt to move it them-self.
  • Subject-████ attempted to irritate SCP-935 by abusing its power, SCP-935 possessed Subject-████ and forced them to kill them-self. However, when owner attempts to irritate SCP-935, the object doesn't possess the owner and will only follow its repeating cycle.
