Due to it's benign nature, SCP-XXX is available for use by any personnel with written permission from any level 2, or above staff member.
Description: SCP-XXX appears to be a child's toy hairbrush roughly 20 centimeters in length, made of mundane, plastic materials. SCP-XXX's main anomalous attribute is only manifested when used as a hairbrush on the head of any individual suffering from any form of hairloss. Upon the use of SCP-XXX, the subject using SCP-XXX will quickly begin to regrow all head-hair, with thickness and length being consistent with the subject's previous, natural hair.
Testing has shown that hair-growth will only be present when placed on the head of someone who has *lost* hair in a way that the subject did not consent to, with genetic balding, burns, and forceful shaving being regrown, but any methods of hair removal that the subject consented to, do not seem to *activate* SCP-XXX's anomalous properties. The methods by which SCP-XXX is aware of the desires and former conditions of the subject is unknown. SCP-XXX will only regrow hair on the *head* of an individual, with all other body parts being completely unaffected by it's properties.
