Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX is to be contained in a cell which measures 1 m2 in length and 2 m in hight with walls 1 m thick entirely made of Magnesium alloy1 and filled completely with chocolate then sealed. SCP-4XXX needs to be transferred every 48 hours to an identical copy of the current containment cell and the previous one is to be destroyed.

In case of a containment breach MTF Omega-32 "The One's Without Face" must be deployed immediately. The first group and half of the second group must evacuate Class-A to Class-C personnel and terminate every Class-D to probability of a instances of SCP-4XXX-2. The other half of the second group and the third group use 2 Class-D personnel to attract SCP-4XXX in a pool filled with chocolate and a trapdoor on the bottom of the pool. After SCP-4XXX is in the pool MTF Omega-3 commander needs to activate the trapdoor making SCP-4XXX fall into his containment.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX is to be chaned a raisable platform placed on the bottom of a chocolate pool deep 100 meters. The chains must be made of ███████ █████ and spears made of the same █████ are to be planted on the back of SCP-4XXX. The platfrom can be raised only for testing or a transfer in a safer containment.

Addendum 4XXX-2: After the transfer in the new containment SCP-4XXX did not breach yet and it's state seems to be tired. Mabye a re-classification is requiered.

Revision 4XXX-2

Description: SCP-4XXX is a humanoid measure 2 meters in height with dark gray skin, arms growing out of his main arms and the face cut in half with the tongue hanging out. SCP-4484 emits radiation that cause a hallucinogenic effect which makes the subject see other SCP's in the structure but the face of the hallucination is replaced by SCP-4XXX's face. SCP-4XXX is also capable to cover his arms with sulfuric acid instantly melting every surface in contact. Tests have shown that SCP-4484 is unmerciful and will attack every living thing.

If the one attacked is a human SCP-4XXX will not kill it, it will grab his face with one of his arms and slowly melt the victime face then hi will drop the victime. After 3 seconds an instance of SCP-4XXX-2 will be created. SCP-4XXX-2 is stronger then a normal human, it's capable of using his tongue has a whip to capture another human to then bring it to SCP-4XXX for the "rebirthing process".

Addendum 4XXX-1: Due to the continuous conteinment breaches new special containment procedures have been commisioned for an attempt to de-class SCP-4XXX from Keter to Euclid.

Addendum 4XXX-3: After addendum 4XXX-2 the spears where removed from SCP-4XXX but showed no sign of activity. After 3 months of inactivity SCP-4XXX has been re-classed from Euclide to Neutralized

2. Mobile Task Force Omega-3 "The One's Without Face" is a special task force composed of 3 groups. The first group is specialized on support with every member carrying 1 SCP-500 and 2 medkits to medic any injured personnel. The second group are chosen individuals taken from every MTF equipped with Magnesium alloy armor covered in chocolate with a mask that represents SCP-4XXX's face and heavy caliber weaponry. The third group is composed of foundation military personnel that survived the "rebirthing process" equipped with Magnesium alloy armor and a minigun or a katana made of Magnesium alloy.
