SCP-3828 has extremely undersized arms measuring exactly 0.5 meters. SCP-3828's fingernails have seemed to grow more after each examination. The fingernails are at this time are 1.3 meters tall. SCP-3828's head has extremely small eyes, which limits its sight. Which under Dr. ███'s theory that SCP-3828 relies on its voice to help navigate.
