Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5692 is stored in a 5x5x5 Glass Box with 4 metal poles holding it in place with a 7x7x7 Glass box surrounding the 5x5x5 box and finally has a 9x9x9 box surrounding everything. All of this is inside of a small, plastic-walled room.

Description: SCP-5692 is a small, poison-filled vial. This poison kills anything that touches it within 3 minutes of interaction. A glass, cylindrical container holds the poison while there are several, marble bricks surrounding the vial with suction cups attached to them which allows 5692 to climb walls.

There are very tiny holes on the surface of 5692 which can expand and leak poison on any surface besides marble which it simply slides off of. It is possible to "Break" 5692 but doing so will release both its poison and poison gas into the air. Killing anything and everything within 3 kilometers in just 5 hours.
