SCP-XXXX

Special Containment Procedures: All instances of SCP-XXXX are to be handled by the nearest Foundation Site. After notifying the 05 Council about the instance, the 05 Council will send the Foundation Site a list of site personnel who should be responsible for containing SCP-XXXX. The 05 Council will send a member of MTF-Omega-1 to monitor the containment team and provide assistance if needed. All SCP-XXXX-1 objects are to be delivered to the 05 Council as soon as possible to limit personnel exposure. After the instances of SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 have been contained, the containment team is to be disbanded.

Description: SCP-XXXX was discovered by Foundation researcher Dr. Hewlet after she returned to her home on 2/5/2009. Inside, she found her home covered with used kitchen utensils, paper plates, old newspapers, and other items associated with a compulsive hoarder. Objects inside of her house that were not generated by SCP-XXXX were not affected. Her pet fish was also not affected by SCP-XXXX, leading researches to hypothesize that SCP-XXXX only generates objects, and does not turn objects anolomous.

Any object generated by SCP-XXXX is designated as SCP-XXXX-1. All anomalous items created by SCP-XXXX cause any subjects who comes into contact with to either feel extreme anger, sadness or guilt when exposed to SCP-XXXX. The subject may feel these emotions instantly, or up to 5 hours after initial exposure. Any foundation researchers, MTF, or site containment teams exposed to SCP-XXXX-1 are to report their symptoms to Dr. Hewlett, who will administer amnestic drugs to anyone affected.

SCP-XXXX has been observed a total of 52 times since its first documentation. As of now, there are no known cases of SCP-XXXX effecting POIs, GOIs, or civilians. SCP-XXXX only occurred to members of the Foundation. Repeated exposure to SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX-1 instances has increased the chances of SCP-XXXX affecting the subject's home.

Below is a partial list of SCP-XXXX occurrences:

• Dr. Hewlett's Apartment - The first known instance of SCP-XXXX. At the time, Dr. Hewlett had worked with the foundation for 2 months. Instance recorded on 2/5/2009
• Declan J. Rogers' House - House of former MTF-Omega-1 field operative. Declan J. Rogers had worked with the foundation for 18 years before retiring in 2008. Instance recorded on 9/2/2009
• Francis A. Beasley's House - House of former MTF-Omega-1 field operative. Francis A. Beasley had worked with the foundation for 15 years before retiring in 2010. Instance recorded on 1/23/2010
• Azeem M. Russo's House - House of current Foundation researcher. He had worked with the foundation for 20 years at the time of his exposure. Instance recorded on 3/5/2010
• Darryl P. Mcmanus's House - House of Foundation field agent. Darryl P. Mcmanus had been exposed to SCP-XXXX-1 3 times. Instance recorded on 5/13/2010
• Shuaib H. Petty's Townhome - Townhome of foundation researcher. Shuaib H. Petty has been exposed to instances of SCP-XXXX-1 4 times. Instance recorded on 8/5/2010

Dear Foundation Site Directors,

Due to the intense nature of this announcement, I have felt it appropriate that the 05 council send a personal note to explain our recent actions. Two former foundation members and four current foundation members have been affected by SCP-XXXX. After speaking with our connections within our GOI allies, we have learned that we are the only group being affected by SCP-XXXX. As a result, we must be vigilant when containing SCP-XXXX. Because SCP-XXXX is more likely to affect a person if they have had repeated exposure to SCP-XXXX-1, the council warns sites that they must keep the safety and well being of site personnel. They means that new containment teams must be made to contain SCP-XXXX The 05 Council is respectfully reminding all site directors that they must chose the most responsible, dedicated, and biddable field operatives for these delicate missions.

A letter sent to all foundation MTF commanders on 1/15/2009

Dear MTF commanders,

About 5 months, the council was sent a letter from 5 MTF commanding officers concerning their low field agent count. In the letter, they expressed their belief that they needed more operatives to continue the success of the MTF. As a result, the council devised a test to determine more potential MTF operatives. Using this new test, the council has determined 13 new MTF candidates.

The council expects to increase the number of MTF candidates by over 75%, and asks that all MTFs be ready to train an increased number of recruits.

*Special Containment Procedures**: SCP-XXXX is not anolomous, does not need to be contained, and all documentation on it is fiction.

On 8/23/2008, Dr. Hewlett proposed the idea of a "fake" SCP to the council for to test regular foundation staff for MTF candidacy. Special MTF-Omega-1 agents have been stationed at all foundation sites since that day and they have been sending information back to the council about different site personnel. When enough data has been collected, the council will use 75 to 325 anomalous, memetic items that will not harmful, and fill a candidate's living space. Then, using information from MTF-Omega-1 insiders, the council will create a " containment team" to "contain" the SCP.
