Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is currently contained within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell with walls being reinforced with 30cm thick led-lined steel, located at Site-17. All tests with SCP-XXXX must be performed in hazmat suits in case SCP-XXXX-1 manifest. SCP-XXXX is permitted to contact most of the staff members that do not have any criminal record, but must be supervised by at least 3 guards of the Foundation. SCP-XXXX requests for certain items may be granted upon approval of Level 4 or higher security clearance personnel. Requests for access to abnormal or dangerous items must be rejected. SCP-XXXX may be allowed to take part in experiments with other SCP objects upon the approval of O5 Council Members.
Description:
SCP-XXXX appears to be a male humanoid with cobalt blue skin. Subject is 1.97 m in height and 107.32 kg in weight. Medical and physiological analysis indicates that SCP-XXXX has copper instead of iron in its blood that leads to both its blood and skin being blue. Its body structure is almost identical to human, however it emits low level radiation. SCP-XXXX is covered in unknown simbols which start to glow when subject starts to emit high level of radiation.1 SCP-XXXX has thick and hard skin and does not have nose, nails and lips. SCP-XXXX is capable of speaking and writing in English, Slavic and Latin languages.
Subject can use radiation that it emits ("Aura" as it was called by SCP-XXXX) to perform different tasks. SCP-XXXX claimed that it does not have knowledge about how its powers work, but nevertheless is capable of using them. Powers of SCP-XXXX include: healing wounds by speeding up cell regeneration process, destroying parts of brain to perform lobotomy and ██████████. For further information see Interview Log XXXX-09.
SCP-XXXX has SCP-XXXX-1 in its possessions. After SCP-XXXX manifests SCP-XXXX-1, subjects radiation starts to increase, but never never reaches the dangerous level.2 SCP-XXXX-1 can not be removed from SCP-XXXX by force, but can be claimed if SCP-XXXX takes it off by himself. If it does not come in contact with SCP-XXXX for more than 30 minutes it vanishes and appears again after SCP-XXXX commands it to.
During experiments with SCP-XXXX it was revealed that it disposes of Class D personnel if they were arrested for religious crimes or have killed somebody (See Interview Log XXXX-07). If Class D personnel is not affiliated with previous crimes, subject, in some cases, may perform lobotomy on them (See Interview Log XXXX-06). SCP-XXXX claims that: "Aura" allows them to "see the nature of the soul". If SCP-XXXX eliminates person with no criminal past, it experiences phantom pains from 5 to 20 minutes and in rare cases becomes inactive for 7 days.
Discovery:
SCP-XXXX was firstly discovered by firefighter Vladimir ██████ in 2019 during massive forest fires in Siberia, Russia. Members of Foundation disguised as law enforcement officers working in that area interviewed him. During an interview, the last location of SCP sighting was revealed (See Interview Log XXXX-01). After Foundation operatives searched the coordinates given by Vladimir ██████, they found old wooden church decorated with unknown icons from both outside and inside. SCP-XXXX was located praying inside the church. Task force contained it without any problems and escorted it outside. After SCP-XXXX left with Task force, church [DATA EXPUNGED] and left no traces of existence after itself.

Summary: 01/09/19 — During lunchtime 4 D-Class personnel, who had previously visited SCP-XXXX containment cell and suffered from lobotomy, gathered around D-███7, sat at the same table with her and started singing an unidentified song in an unknown language. After doing it for 7 minutes they left the table and went in different directions. When they were questioned about the incident, all of them stated that they were praying for the lord. After the incident subjects repeated the same actions every following day.
Any other D-Class that was lobotomized by SCP-XXXX would approach D-███7 at the same time as other subjects and repeat the same actions. If some of the D-Class are not capable of joining others, they will start and finish singing exactly at the same time as others. If one of the lobotomized D-Class will die, others will stop singing or won't sing that day and will continue only the next one. Currently, there are 7 active D-Class personnel who were affected by SCP-XXXX and 3 neutralized ones.
- Note from Dr.██████: When SCP-XXXX was questioned about the incident, it stated that any living being affected by them, will become the follower of ''The Lord'' and will sing their prayers in the form of songs.
