Summary: An oversight in the testing chamber resulted in XXXX-B breaching containment and replicating itself, Code Orange took effect along with the HYZAK-VESPER Protocol, at 0240, escalated to Code Red after failed re-containment attempt with the on-site response team. MTF Beta-7 and Ep-11 mobilized at 0300 to attempt re-containment. Casualties led to the mobilization of MTF Nu-7 and the Foundation's patrol fleets at 0450, a network of systematic eradication battle plans was utilized but no to effect due to XXXX-B instances reaching critical mass. At 0600, "CRESCENT FLAME" was declared and remaining staffs begin to evacuate the area while the MTFs mount a final re-containment effort. At 0620, unsuccessful attempt result in a mass evacuation. At 0645, the Omega Warhead was detonated.

Aftermath: The surviving data and samples of SCP-XXXX were transported to a new location: Area-344 at the Nevada desert, near Groom Lake AFB. A cover-up story was released and the US Air Force was asked to conduct remaining nuclear tests there to reduce suspicions.
