Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in a secure room available only to level 3 personnel with testing permissions. The object itself is secured in a locked in a bullet-resistant glass container. All instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be kept in the secure testing room with at least four level 3 personnel to supervise.

Description: [SCP-XXXX is an ancient clay crown estimated to be around 2000 years old. Despite the age of the object, it is still in relatively good shape and shows little sign of damage. If worn by a human, three 20" humanoids comprising of clay form in front of the subject wearing SCP-XXXX. The method by which they form is theorized to be a chemical change from oxygen to clay. All attempts to reproduce the way in which the entities form has been unsuccessful.

The clay humanoids (which from now on shall be referred to as SCP-XXXX-1) are sentient but do not possess free will. They do have intelligence in the ways of interpreting commands and language and the capacity to think through problems. They have the ability to understand the language of the subject wearing SCP-XXXX, although how this is done is unknown. The instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are inactive and immobile until issued a vocal command by the wearer of SCP-XXXX. They then will follow the command to the best of their ability.

SCP-XXXX-1 are comprised entirely of clay and possess no organs or bodily systems. They can hear and see, even with no physical eyes or ears. If not given orders, SCP-XXXX-1 become immobile and gradually lose shape, eventually fully disintegrating after a day without orders. Physically deforming at least two-thirds of SCP-XXXX-1 will cause the object to lose sentience. Every time SCP-XXXX is worn, three instances of SCP-XXXX-1 reappear in place of the previous ones.

If ordered to, instances of SCP-XXXX-1 can create similar clay substances of varying density and texture. The larger or more intricate structures require more time to form. Structures created like this are without sentience.

SCP-XXXX was found in a hidden sanctum during an investigation into ancient Babylonian ruins located in (REDACTED). The sanctum was covered in rocks and dirt, thought to be from an avalanche. The room was filled with small clay figures, made from the same estimated time period as the crown. An altar was at the far wall of the room, and next to it was a skeleton wearing SCP-XXXX. The foundation quickly recovered the object after the initial finders of the object reported Anomalous properties.

Addendum: Test logs

Command- "Create another servant."
Result- Another instance of SCP-XXXX-1 appeared in the same fashion as the previous ones.

Command- "Build a house."
Result- The servants gradually produced small amounts of clay that was not earlier present in the room and constructed a 2 story suburban house. Subject wearing SCP-XXXX later reported that he saw a house that looked eerily similar yesterday.

Command- "Leave this room"
Result- The servants created small hard clay tools and began to chip away at the floor. They were quickly commanded to stop to prevent a possible breach. (Stronger walls and floors were later installed.)

Command- "Build whatever you want."
Result- The entities started piling clay without any form or pattern. After 30 minutes of observation, it still had no shape.

Command- "Assassinate D-44582778."
Result- The objects produced hardened clay in the shape of primitive weapons and began building a tower up to the ceiling ventilation grates. They escaped into the vent systems and began making their way to the D-class holding areas. The target was later found dead with many cut wounds in his cell. (Assassination orders are no longer permitted.)
