Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is implanted with a tracking device in the back of its neck. It is considered a Class C personnel due to its useful abilities. It is to have subjects delivered to it to enhance its abilities at least bimonthly, its subjects are to be given mental screening afterwards. It is to be asked about breaches in the future trimonthly and all information from SCP-XXXX is to be reported to the nearest Class B personnel.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 1.78 m humanoid male, presumably of Syrian descent, weighing 54 kg. It has short, brown hair and is borderline malnourished. Its appearance is that of a normal human male, not many oddities outside of the eye. The iris of SCP-XXXX is normally turquoise but when it activates its abilities its pupils expand over the pupils and scleras leaving the entirety of the eyes black.
SCP-XXXX has shown the ability of omniscience, it appears to have the ability to see the future of any person it touches. Its answers are normally vague and ambiguous but provide insight and answers to questions. It can be used to predict breaches and understand other SCPs. It appears to only be able to activate its abilities after touching the temple of a person, all other attempts with different body parts have failed. There have been no signs of negative affects to the person it touches unless the news SCP-XXXX gives it is distressing. SCP-XXXX appears to be able to speak in the dialect of the person that it has touched. SCP-XXXX appears to only be able to read the future of someone after that person asks a question. For this reason SCP-XXXX is unable to read the future of animals. No tests have been conducted with SCP-XXXX and any other SCPs as of yet.
It was discovered in 19██, implying it is ██ years old. It was found in a run down windmill in █████, ███████████. Rumors of SCP-XXXX peaked the foundation's interest. After retrieval SCP-XXXX attempted escape but was secured, it then gave up on escaping and was contained willingly.
SCP-XXXX is normally cooperative and kind towards staff, it has displayed useful abilities and is it be protected and transferred to another site in the event of a breach. The staff seems to take a liking towards SCP-XXXX, especially after it has demonstrated its abilities on them.
Addendum 1: Excerpt from Interview Log XXXX-870-5036 shortly after containment in Site ██ dated ██/██/████

Dr. █████: Please give us an introduction to your abilities, are the rumors in ██████ true?
SCP-XXXX: Well that depends, what have you heard?
Dr. █████: Our organization has heard that you are able to read people's minds
SCP-XXXX: Well, yes and no, yes my abilities have to do with the mind, but I cannot read them
Dr. █████: So what do your abilities entail?
SCP-XXXX: After someone asks me a question and then I touch their head, I can answer it for them
Dr. █████: How do you know the answer?
SCP-XXXX: I honestly don't know, something comes over me and I have a vision relating to their question
Dr. █████: What do you see in these visions?
SCP-XXXX: Hmm…
<SCP-XXXX pauses for a moment>
SCP-XXXX: Well, if someone asks me what they're going to eat for lunch that day, I touch their head and then I have a vision of them eating an apple
Dr. █████: Would you mind if we got you to perform these abilities on some agents here?
SCP-XXXX: Yeah, sure

Foreword: This test was recorded and monitored by security and research staff, Agent ██████ was used for this test
Agent ██████: Alright SCP, so I just ask you a question and then you touch my forehead?
SCP-XXXX: But it has to be about the future
Agent ██████: Okay then
<Agent ██████ takes a long pause>
Agent ██████: When will I die?
<SCP-XXXX reaches across the table and touches Agent ██████ on the forehead with its thumb>
<SCP-XXXX's eyes turn black and multiple clicking and droning sounds are heard coming from its head>
<After approximately 23 seconds the sounds stop and SCP-XXXX's eyes turn back to normal and it sits down>
SCP-XXXX: ██/██/████
Agent ██████: But that's in █ days!
SCP-XXXX: I don't know what to tell you
<Agent ██████ was then extracted from the room after he attempted to assault SCP-XXXX>

Dr. ████: Alright SCP-XXXX, this is your fifteenth test at our facility, we have determined that we can trust your abilities, so we have a question.
SCP-XXXX: Sounds good, what's your question?
Dr. ████:When will the next security breach be and what will happen?
<SCP-XXXX nods and then proceeds to execute the same actions recorded in the other logs><Approximately 4 minutes and 13 seconds later he sits back down and his eyes return to normal>
SCP-XXXX: On ██/██/████ [Data Expunged] will [Data Expunged] and will be assisted by [Data Expunged], [Data Expunged] will attempt to help but fail, ultimately the situation will [Data Expunged]
Dr. ████: That's a while from now, we have time to prepare
SCP-XXXX: Of course, just remember that no matter what you do, it is going to ultimately happen
