Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in a 7m x 7m x 7m compartment containing various essentials such as a bed and bathroom. A 5m x 5m window composed of bulletproof glass is constructed on the north wall of the room for the purpose of observation. SCP-XXXX is to always be wearing a glove composed of a hard material on his right hand to prevent finger movement. SCP-XXXX is to be provided with psychiatric counseling once a week.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a young Caucasian male of Dutch descent, and has been confirmed to be 19 years old. SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties are not obvious at first glance. It is only when SCP-XXXX creates a "finger-pistol" gesture with its right hand that SCP-XXXX's anomalous nature manifests. Upon formulation of this gesture, a 9mm pistol round materializes and fires from SCP-XXXX's right index finger. If SCP-XXXX's right hand sustains this position, rounds will be fired at a rate of about one every 3 seconds. This anomalous effect only ceases when SCP-XXXX is no longer making the aforementioned hand gesture. SCP-XXXX shows signs of comorbid post-traumatic stress disorder, likely originating from the events leading up to its containment. It exhibits no hostility towards the Foundation, and has stated that it enjoys being isolated from society where it poses a threat to no one.
SCP-XXXX was discovered after reports of a young child accidentally shooting and killing his mother in the Pennsylvania town of █████████, without any known access to firearms.
Upon location of the child, the following interview was conducted by Dr. ██████.

Foreword: Dr. ██████ conducted the interview in order to deduce what exactly occurred during the accidental killing, and to confirm whether or not the soon to be SCP-XXXX possessed any anomalous capabilities. The subject was 7 years old at the time of the interview.

SCP-XXXX was brought to the site shooting range, and ordered to replicate what it had done the day of the killing. It was contained immediately after the test revealed what SCP-XXXX did to manifest the 9mm rounds.
