Special Containment Procedures: SCP XXXX is to be kept in a World War 2 era bunker of German design, ~3.5 meter thick reinforced concrete walls. The subject must not leave the bunker without an armed guard dressed in era uniform, and wielding an era rifle or submachine gun. SCP-XXXX's bunker must be furnished with: at least one authentic flag from Nazi Germany, bunk beds from the era, a table with a German era radio (not functioning), a gun rack (all weapons SCP-XXXX receives must be WW2 era German production weapons and MUST NOT be loaded with live ammunition, providing the subject with live ammunition is an offense punishable by termination), ammunition boxes of blanks, crates of supplies, and other furnishings found in bunkers. At least one surveillance device is to be active in SCP-XXXX's bunker.
SCP-XXXX is to be fed either German ration kits or German food, the subject will refuse to eat anything of foreign origin, especially Russian or French cuisine. The subject is to be medically evaluated once a month and must bathe twice a week to avoid strong body odor. SCP-XXXX is allowed to view the outside world through vision slits, and a machine gun emplacement. No persons are allowed to enter the vicinity of SCP-XXXX's containment area unless dressed in appropriate WW2 Wehrmacht uniforms or fashion similar to the German Citizen during WW2.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a male humanoid of supposedly German origin. The subject has a buzz cut, is 177.8 centimeters tall, wears an M40 Uniform and black leather jackboots, and an M35 Steel Helmet or "Stahlhelm". SCP-XXXX appears to be anatomically identical to humans. It's activities include singing in German, firing blanks out of the bunker at the "Bolshevik scum" or members of the Allied forces, which seem to be its imagination. The subject also enjoys playing cards and drinking with personnel who enter his bunker dressed appropriately.
Upon entering a 5m radius of SCP-XXXX, the individual will experience inexplicable Anti-Semitism and hatred towards the Communist system. During games of cards, SCP-XXXX and individuals affected by it, will often discuss the "Jewish threat" and other Anti-Semitic topics. After 1 hour, the individual will begin to berate the Jews and their "corrupt Jewish system", after 2 hours, the individual will become visibly agitated, and start to their fists on the table. After 3 hours, the individual will contemplate suicide, holding a 9mm handgun, usually a Walther PKP. After 4 hours, the individual will eventually fatally shoot themselves, usually through the head. At this, SCP-XXXX will laugh and call the subject a "coward" and a "traitor to the fatherland". It is recommended that no personnel remain within 5 meters of SCP-XXXX for more than 2 hours, and must receive therapy for as long as required after the incident.
SCP-XXXX is hostile to personnel seen not wearing any German uniform or German clothing trend from WW2, usually attempting to detain them or neutralize them with deadly force. If SCP-XXXX does breach containment or seriously injure/kill a Foundation member, it is to be sedated and transported back to its bunker in an armored vehicle, where it will not be allowed to leave the bunker for a month, and be deprived of human contact for 7 days.
SCP-XXXX was found after reports of gunfire and missing residents in █████████, Germany. After local law enforcement investigated, they found multiple corpses, autopsies later revealed them to have died of gunshot wounds from a 7.92mm or 9mm weapon, conformant to weapons used by the German Heer during the era. SCP-XXXX was handed over to the Foundation in 19██ By that time, SCP-XXXX had killed or seriously wounded ██ civilians, law enforcement, and MTF Iota-10 agents, responsible for transferring custody of SCP-XXXX to the Foundation, where the subject was eventually coerced to cease fire after a D-Class personnel read the May 1945 surrender terms to SCP-XXXX in an Officer's uniform.
Carbon dating of SCP-XXXX reveals that the anomaly originates from the early 1900's, and determines that SCP-XXXX is an actual human, born in ██████████, Germany. Interviews with SCP-XXXX about its origins have been inconclusive, either forcing to abort due to the effects of SCP-XXXX, or the subject claiming to have no memory of its origin. It is suggested that SCP-XXXX somehow traveled through time while a US artillery shell detonated next to him, and sent him about ██ years into the future, landing in ██████████, Germany. SCP-XXXX seems to be impermeable to most small arms munitions.
Currently, SCP-XXXX is supervised by Dr. Karl ███████, and debates on using SCP-XXXX as a weapon are being debated by the council, as SCP-XXXX can be persuaded to be docile around individuals not dress in WW2 era clothing or uniforms. The expertise of SCP-XXXX has been showcased multiple times while firing at practice targets in an underground range.
Tests involving Lovely Lucy have resulted in an attempt to destroy the SCP, usually requiring sedation and transport off site, where SCP-1759 is repaired afterwards.
