Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
One of the corners of the containment fence surrounding SCP-XXXX.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a 14 kilometer long fence surrounding the currently known borders. The fence is to be 2 kilometers longer than required as to provide a buffer between SCP-XXXX and the surrounding wilderness. The fence is to be electrified and able to provide a 10,000 volt shock to any material that comes in contact with it.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 6 square kilometer square section of forest located 7.4 kilometers north of ███████, United Kingdom. SCP-XXXX posses an anomalous quality which once personnel enter it on foot and loose eyesight of where they entered, it is impossible to vacate it. SCP-XXXX has been proven to not affect aerial entrance of it, along with indirect entrance such as falling into it from above. All attempts of rescuing trapped individuals inside SCP-XXXX have failed. All individuals to enter it are assumed missing in action.

SCP-XXXX contains normal deciduous forest features - streams, fertile soil, seasons, and weather among other parts of the biome. SCP-XXXX contains numerous amounts of flora, including Elm Trees (Ulmus glabra), Pine Trees (Pinus sylvestris), Dogwood (Cornus sanguinea), and Honeysuckle (Lonicera periclymenum), among others. It is currently unknown how these species traversed into SCP-XXXX.
Notably, SCP-XXXX contains zero fauna or any traces of any. SCP-XXXX is devoid of any large fauna due to the lack of a suitable food supply, although it is currently unknown as to why there are zero smaller fauna within SCP-XXXX as there is a substantial food supply.
Within SCP-XXXX there appears to be a entity of some sort that has immense force and is able to produce a shriek of some sort. It is currently unknown the size, characteristics, if the shriek is apart of the entity, and even if this entity exists. Future explorations are hoped to discover the source of the entity and whether the shriek and the entity are the same.
Individuals who have traversed into SCP-XXXX have reported that SCP-XXXX is indistinguishable from the surrounding forests except for the lack of any fauna, along with a full day/night cycle that is in accordance with the local timezone.
SCP-XXXX is able to fully pass satellite and/or radio signals into it with ease, in some cases even amplifying them with no special calibration required from either of the devices transmitting. Zero signal degradation or unusual packet loss has been recorded with signals that traverse SCP-XXXX. It is currently fully unknown as to what allows these signals to pass in and out of SCP-XXXX.
