Special Containment Procedures
Any Strain or Individual infected by SCP-5429 is to be kept in a large metal vessel deep in the subterranean artic. Vials of SCP-5429 are to be kept in freezers below the freezing level to decrease mutation and infectivity of the strain. Any Recipients infected by SCP-5429 is to be transported to an artic or antarctic base where they will be placed in 1m x 1m x 1m cryogenic metal vessel where it is plunged 10 meters below sea level in the artic underground.
Description
Strains of SCP-5429 are constantly mutating and are extremely infective. When SCP-5429 infects an individual in the first 48 hours they begin to feel nothing there body becomes num overtime and individuals have said that they don’t feel anything, not even pain or emotion. After the 48 hours, the individual begins to cough, have a fever and has migraines. After 5 days The individual will start to vomit blood, Internal bleeding, coughing blood and has a chance of kidney failure. After 2 weeks The individual will lose their mind and start protruding Mysterious Fungi around the body, They will cough spores and generate spores from the fungi around the body. The fungus protruding is a violet red color and usually sprote from the victim’s skull, eye sockets, arms, legs and sometimes armpits and the genital area. After a full month the victim will become highly aggressive and will scribble stuff on the wall like The Wendigo has me and please help. They will also lose the ability to talk and usually spit and muffle to try to communicate with others. After 2 months the victim will be nothing but a puddle on the ground but still remains the ability to sludge around when divided they will simply fuse back together. Eventually, the sludge will generate into new creatures and lifeforms.
SCP-5429-B
SCP-5429-B or codenamed Devoratrix are little sentient creatures generated from the sludge of the past victims of SCP-5429. The Devoratrix will continually try to devour targets but are not too hard to neutralize. Devoratrix has the appearance of moving fungi and is similar to a little creature with a small mouth sometimes they can have different features but still maintain the same look.
SCP-5429-C
SCP-5429-C codenamed Agalma or Αγαλμα are the same as SCP-5429-B but have a difference that they have big protruding fungus wings capable of flight.
