Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4254 is to be contained in a 15" x 15" x 12" glass container inside a 2' x 2' x 2' room with 12 cm reinforced led walls. Level 4 clearance or higher is required to enter SCP-4254's containment cell. There must be at least 4 guards present in front of SCP-4254's cell door at all times.

SCP-4254 is to be kept in Site-[DATA EXPUNGED]. In the event of a containment breach, SCP-4254 must be moved to an undisclosed location decided by the 05-██. Nobody is allowed to draw on SCP-4254 without permission from all of the members in the 05 Council. Nobody is allowed inside SCP-4254's containment cell without permission from Dr. █████ or a member from the 05 Council. SCP-4254's cell is to be checked weekly for any cracks or holes in the walls. If any cracks, holes, or damage in the cell is found, that spot must be reinforced.

Description: SCP-4254 is a black hardcover drawing pad with the word "SKETCH" written on the cover in all white. SCP-4254 measures aproximatly 8.5" width by 11" length by 1" height. SCP-4254 contains 100 white pages. Anything and everything drawn in SCP-4254 becomes reality right in front of the drawer.

SCP-4254 was first recovered from [REDACTED] on 02/20/2007. When SCP-4254 was first retrieved, SCP-4254's first 4 pages were already used. As of now, the first 19 pages of SCP-4254 have been used. As shown on the first 4 pages, SCP-4254 has a connection to SCP-096, SCP-682, and SCP-970. The fourth used page is not a drawing of an SCP. (See Addendum 4254-B)

SCP-4254 has not shown any signs of sentience, or signs of SCP-4254 living. SCP-4254 was declared as an inanimate object as of 08/05/2019. SCP-4254 is not [DATA EXPUNGED].
