Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX it requires minimal containment. SCP-XXXX is stored in a safe at Site-██, minimal risk object storage. The safe has a magnetic lock which can be opened by █-digit code. After each opening the code is automatically changed, the new code is sent automatically to the site administrator.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a small green toolbox. It is held closed by a single latch, despite this latch having no visible locking mechanism, it has proven impossible to open.

While dormant it has no anomalous properties. SCP-XXXX becomes active when a human subject holds SCP-XXXX by the handle. When SCP-XXXX is activated the subject who is holding it (designated SCP-XXXX-1), is overcome by an uncontrollable urge to murder any sentient life they find. When SCP-XXXX-1 strikes a dead creature of sufficient intelligence
