Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be kept in a humanoid containment unit at site 81. There should be a one way mirror on the wall facing the observation room so that SCP-xxxx ca be seen during all testing. The containment unit should be completely sealed shut so that SCP-xxxx cannot squeeze through cracks, only level 3 researchers and above are allowed to enter SCP-xxxx’s cell and they must be accompanied by at least two MTF equiped with cryogenic weaponry so that they can freeze SCP-xxxx if it decides to attack, with an exception for testing. SCP-xxxx is to be given no food because it seems it does not need it to survive. Under no circumstances should any personal let anyone they hear in SCP-xxxx’s cell out, even if the voice belongs to anyone they know or is a higher ranking member of the foundation, it is more than likely the voice is SCP-xxxx trying to escape, SCP-xxxx has been implanted with a tracking chip but it can be removed easily due to the gelatin like substance that SCP-xxxx is made of, so it is crucial that SCP-xxxx does not know about the tracker. Description: SCP-xxxx is the designation to a sentient human shaped creature that appears to be made of a gelatin like substance. SCP-xxxx is capable of changing it’s shape into any one or thing that it kills, it will also kill any one that see’s it true form as such the foundation has not been able to get an accurate description of its true form, either because it has killed all who have seen its true form and because it refuses to show it’s true form. It appears that it has no organs to speak of and all X-rays have shown no bone structure either.

Addendum xxxx-1: SCP-xxxx was discovered on May █ 20██ in the town of ██████ NY U.S.A when a woman reported to the police that her husband had gone missing, a few days later her husbands body was found and a day after that her husband was spotted in a metro boarding a train, a MTF unit was dispatched to investigate, after they discovered SCP-xxxx’s anomalous properties they discovered that it was un able to move and shift in extreme cold, they discovered this when SCP-xxxx fled to a slaughterhouse and the MTF managed to trap it inside the freezing unit after SCP-xxxx killed and disguised itself as Major ██████. The MTF unit then called in that it was captured and a transport was sent to pick SCP-xxxx from the freezer.

I was born and the Doctors were horrfied…my mother was as well but she took it to the extreme…she killed the doctors by strangling them with my umbilical cord…it’s kind of funny looking back but still, I don’t know why she killed them though I always assumed it was because she wanted to spare them from living with what they saw because it was definitely not to protect me…anyways so she kills the doctors right then she stumbles out of the hospital with me wrapped in a little plastic baggie she records a video saying what happened, she drops it on me and then throws me down a manhole, lucky for me I don’t need food so I survived just fine, when I was around five I killed a rat that bit me…and thats when I transformed for the first time, now I was free to walk among man, I just needed a human body…but to answer your initial question on why I kill to keep what i am hidden…it’s because all my life everyone who has seen it has either ran from me or has attacked me…I-I just want to fit in Doc…I want to be human…I can’t let people know what I am…

*SCP-xxxx is seen producing a large third appendage from its back, the appendage is long and resembles a tentacle but with a sharp edge, clearly meant for stabbing, it is the same color as the skin tone of Major ██████*

Closing Statement: SCP-xxxx appears to sociable, though it can act threating it does not seem to want to kill things unless it is threatened, though it will put on a threatening manner as a way to scare people. The foundation has also looked into the mother of SCP-xxxx and have found next to nothing, we have also looked into the tape but once again nothing, it is entirely possible and perhaps likely that SCP-xxxx is lying about the events, though SCP-xxxx denies that it has lied, all attempts to put SCP-xxxx through a lie detector have failed due to the fact it is made from a gelatin like substance.

Closing statements: SCP-xxxx-2 is now neutralized and the father that she meantioned will now be referred to as SCP-xxxx-3 and any and all information about it should be reported to Dr.Masters immediately! And if there are any more Incidents involving SCP-xxxx it’s cell will be re outfited to constantly be below zero trapping SCP-xxxx in a statue like form for as long as necessary, this is the first and final warning.
