Special Containment Procedures: As of █/█/█, SCP-XXXX is contained in a standard humanoid containment cell. Current containment procedures are insufficient for full containment of SCP-XXXX due to its as yet incompletely understood anomalous properties. Research into further development of the containment procedures for SCP-XXXX is currently in progress.
The chamber is additionally fitted with an isolated ventilation system, capable of saturating the chamber with sleeping gas if needed.

Personnel report things changing in the room that they did not give permission for SCP-XXXX to have. Those items will be researched, kept, given back rarely, and sometimes burnt.

Description: SCP-XXXX Is a humanoid creature who seems to be a statue of a police officer when inactive, measuring 6'1 in height. This statue is classified as SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX claims to be alive even in wax form, seeing and sensing around him.

SCP-XXXX-1 can change from a wax form to a human-like form at any time, which is SCP-XXXX itself. Yet some (██% of people) report seeing nothing but a dark blur, even when he is motionless.

SCP-XXXX seems to be neutral, attempting at all times not to hurt, —yet we believe in the future something may change. If SCP-XXXX shows any sign of hostility, it's chamber will be gassed, if possible, with anything that can calm it down or knock it unconscious for a few minutes.

SCP-XXXX Has anger issues, as well. It is very neutral up until that moment of anger.

SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties consist of being faster than the human eye can see clearly [It must be stated that it does not seem to go quicker than ███ km/h], giving itself the look of a blur.
SCP-XXXX also seems to be a reality bender as well. He seems to use his powers with ease, yet rarely uses them unless angered directly. [We do not know how he got these powers, although it is speculated the unclean gave him these somehow]
Any attempt of killing SCP-XXXX has resulted in failure, as it seems to be impossible to kill for the most part. It claims to be able to be destroyed, and even encourages class-D's to do it sometimes. When angered, especially with blaming him for what happened in 093, he might proceed to take action against the one attacking him [Physical attacks or mental attacks, such as the callbacks to 093], usually leading in death.

XXXX's origin seems to be from inside 093. We do not know how he came to be, or how he left, but we know this much from Interview 1.

Foreword: SCP-XXXX seemed very excited for the interview

Dr. ███████: Why do you look and classify yourself as a police officer?

SCP-XXXX: No small talk first? Aww, fine… The answer is simple.

SCP-XXXX begins to garble in-comprehensive things, insanely quickly, for 3.7 seconds
Dr. ███████: Be serious, please.
SCP-XXXX: Haha, sorry…
Well…Because I have to..? Mentally, I mean. It reminds me of who I was in the past…

Dr. ███████: …Why do you stay here at the facility if you could just leave easily?

SCP-XXXX: …To contain myself.

Dr. ███████: Care to clarify?

SCP-XXXX: A prophesy I read █████ years ago stated that I would ████ ██ ███, which I did not believe, until I saw… Something…
SCP-XXXX seems traumatized by thinking of this.
Dr. ███████: Yes..?

SCP-XXXX: This… Thing… Oh god… I-It was this… Huge… I-It was a huge thing, with its... With its lower half of its body missing, with holes in his face... It was… Consuming everyone..?
Dr. ███████: You were… From 093?

SCP-XXXX: …I guess… Anyways, it didn't attempt to attack me at all when it found me… It… It just stared at me, before… I swear, every hole in its face closed… As if… Blinking, or something. Oh my god, it was horrifying… Then it just started… Going away… T-Thats when I realized that… I could… Do all this… That was enough proof to make me scared of
both that monster SCP-XXXX Clenches his teeth and myself..!

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX Seemed traumatized for approximately 13 minutes after interview, before returning to SCP-XXXX-1

Any bursts of anger must be reported immediately.

0:00 D-9843 was brought into SCP-XXXX's chamber for testing [First and last test].
0:17 D-9843 was told to insult SCP-XXXX's █████
0:22 Subject complied, and insulted SCP-XXXX about his ███████ ████████.
0:29 SCP-XXXX quickly got mad and yelled at subject.
0:47 Subject was told to attempt to punch it and hesitantly complied.
0:51 SCP-XXXX evaded, appearing behind him, before the room became darkened and furniture disappeared. SCP-XXXX's pupils disappear.
0:56 Subject attempted, in shock, to punch SCP-XXXX in the face. In an instant, before he could get close enough to it, subject was somehow on the ground by the left wall, face down, now deceased in milliseconds by being smashed into the wall at a high speed.
SCP- XXXX's pupils return.
Note - SCP-XXXX Was angered for 14 more minutes, before becoming SCP-XXXX-1 again. Further testing will be terminated until further notice.
