A log has been recorded of the failed capture attempt. The incident has been documented as follows,
<Begin Log>
Inside a helicoper, there are 5 armed personnel and a commander waiting for capture duty. Commander starts speaking through a communication device.
This is FPL-34-A. We're requesting control to dispatch more field agents at the site. This creature seems to move very fast, and we won't be able to capture it on our own.
Control responds.
Approved. More agents are currently being dispatched. Please move over to the southern area as per protocol, we are planning to trap it inside a limited location.
Commander continues.
Understood, moving over.
The helicopter suddenly changes directions and begins lowering in altitude. Below can be seen a black figure which appears to be highly agile. After the landing, Control broadcasts a message to all of the crew members tasked with the capture plan of SCP-8464.
This is Control speaking. All personnel must not leave their designated areas without command. When approval has been made, all FPL-32 crews will charge first, at which FPL-33 alongside FPL-34 will move forward to siege the area.
Control pauses for a moment and continues.
When a siege has been established, FPL-32 will rush in for temporary neutralization. Sedative darts have been provided to immobilize the entity. FPL-33 and 34 will then be involved in order to secure containment. All task forces must guard the siege area until more transport veichles enter the perimeter. SCP-8464 will then be moved into the veichle to his permanent containment unit at Site-██. Any further questions?
Control stays silent for a few seconds.
Alright, initiating protocol in 15 minutes. I repeat, everyone to their areas. End communication.
The broadcast cuts off. Sprinting and footsteps can be heard in the distance, along with the rapid wind.
After around 14 minutes, Control makes another short broadcast.
SCP-8464 has entered the capture zone. Initiating protocol in 3.. 2..
1..
ATTACK!
Video perspective switches from FPL-34-A to FPL-32-A. FPL-32 crews begin heading towards the creature. SCP-8464 is startled, and attempts to flee. Sedatives are shot, all of which miss. SCP-8464 takes a quick turn and dissapears.
In a worried manner, Commander of FPL-32-A begins speaking.
Control? The sedatives were ineffective. The creature is nowhere to be seen. What are we supposed to do?
Control quickly responds.
Stay still. And do not move.
Commander interrupts.
But, we-
Control cuts off.
Listen to the orders, please.
Commander sighs and the four FPL-32 crews start waiting, after a few seconds, SCP-8464 reappears and immediately begins attacking FPL-32-B, who were unsuspecting of such a thing.
SCP-8464 knocks away a bunch of agents with the swing of his arm. The enitre crew of FPL-32-B is heavily injured. FPL-32-C and D engage, but fail to calm the creature. FPL-32-A's Commander reports.
Control, this an emergency, we have to retreat NOW.
Control approves, and the area is quickly evacuated. However, crews FPL-32-B, C and D were lost to the failed capture protocol.
