My first attempt at writing an scp

Scp-XXXX: Terrible belt

SCP-XXXX creates instances of
SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a black faux leather belt, consisting of PVC plastic. the strip is 2 centimeters wide. It has a poorly made silver metal buckle on one end. When an individual who is not aware of its anomalous properties views the belt, it will appear to be a normal belt, of the individual's size. the person will feel compelled to put on SCP-XXXX-1. When aware of its anomalous properties, the belt will be perceived as a belt but too small for the individual, and devoid of any belt holes. The individual will not want to put it on. SCP-XXXX-1 instances are created in all wardrobes, closets and otherwise things that hold clothes, within a 50-kilometer radius around any instance of SCP-XXXX-1. Because of this nature, it can spread like a virus. when an individual attempts to wear an instance of SCP-XXXX-1, it is always three centimeters too short, despite the circumference of the wearer’s waist/hips and it has no belt holes. However, if the person wearing the belt is unaware of its anomalous qualities, they will show no signs of discontent with the belt and will put it on. If asked why they are wearing a belt that is not the right size, the individual will become hostile towards the questioner and claim that 'It's their favorite belt'.
The first instance of SCP-XXXX-1 was discovered in a young girl’s closet on █/█/2013, as part of a dress and belt combination made by the company [DATA EXPUNGED]. The girl was living in ███, ████ with a single mother. Her mother described the belt as "Her daughter's favorite belt", and When the belt was attempted to be removed from the closet, both the mother and the daughter showed discontentment and made attempts to regain possession of the belt.
Containment procedures are as follows
Instances of Scp-XXXX-1 are to be contained within standard object containment lockers. No wardrobes, closets and otherwise things that hold clothes are permitted within a 70-kilometer radius of the containment lockers. If news of an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 is found attempts will be made to relocate it to the containment facility.
