A number of letters start manifesting in postboxes around the world

Special Containment Procedures: The entity causing SCP-XXXX instances to manifest is currently contained at Site ████, despite the containment of SCP-XXXX, instances still manifest, however, the rate of manifestation can be slowed down by having the letters being read. It is advised that D-Class personel read these manifestations and are then given amnestics or terminated.
It is currently unknown how instances of SCP-XXXX manifest. Resources should be focused on: Tracking instances of SCP-XXXX, spreading misinformation about events that occur due to the anomalous effects of the letters and administering amnestics or terminating those effected. Methods of decreasing the rate of manifestation are currently being researched.
Description: SCP-XXXX refers to letters which manifest seemingly randomly in letterboxes. Instances have been discovered in North America, Europe and Asia. It is unknown if instances cannot manifest outside of said continents or merely have not been discovered outside.
The anomalous effects of SCP-XXXX occur in those reading the letter, or if read aloud, those who hear it. Digital versions of manifestations, like audio transcripts or pictures, still cause anomalous effects in the reader. Individual sentences of SCP-XXXX instances can be read with no anomalous effect, edited versions of instances have been created with synonyms of words or words that have been redacted completly. These versions have been proven safe to read in individuals aware of the effects of that specific instance. Individuals who are unaware of the effects of that specific letter are still affected by the edited version, but it has been noted that the effects are less severe.
Each known type of letter can be distinguised by the colour envelope it manifests in, and each type always ends with "From A Friend". The letter apears in the native language of the reader, and if read aloud sounds like the native language of whoever observes it.

This instance of SCP-XXXX will cause the reader to believe that their reflection is a different person and will appear to have conversations with themselves. It was first discovered in ████████, England after a family of 4 was discovered all talking to themselves in a bus station window reflection.
It is advised that anyone affected by this instance is to be administrated Class A amnestics

This instance will not appear to have any imediate effect on the reader, however whenever they come into contact with their romantic partner, they will procede to claw into their partner's chest and consume their heart raw, often with the partner conscious. If the reader does not have a romantic partner, this isntance will not effect them, even if they enter a relationship after reading the letter. However, this isntance will not manifest in mailboxes owned by anyone not in a romantic relationship.
The first known occurence of this manifestation was in ███ █████, Nevada. Where police were called due to reports of children crying. When they entered the residency, they discovered a Mrs. █████, lying on the floor with an open chest cavity. With Mr. █████ standing over her with blood around his mouth and under his fingernails. His children, a seven (7) year old female and a five (5) year old male witnessed the event and were then given amnestics and put up for adoption. Mr. █████ was taken into custody and promptly fell unconcious. The foundation were able to confirm a new instance of SCP-XXXX and were able to bring Mr. █████ in for questioning. Mr. █████: What the fuck are you on about?
Doctor ████████: Your wife, you killed her.
Mr. █████ stands up out of his seat and grabs the neck of Doctor ████████, but quickly desists after security guards threaten to terminate him
Mr. █████: Litsen here, you fucker, I did nothin', you hear me? Nothin'. Now if you don't let me out of here and see my wife this second, I will fuck you all up no matter how many guns your goons have.
Doctor ████████: That is not possible, you will tell me what happened, now. Why did you kill yo-
Mr. █████ lunges out of his chair towards Doctor ████████ and is promptly shot down by security guards in the room.
Amnestics will have no effect on readers of this instance, as they will still atempt to attack their partner. It is advised that readers of this instance are terminated or contained for expermientation. Family of the affected is to be informed that they died in a traffic accident.

This envelope will cause the reader to belive that the end of the world is about to occur and they alone hold the power to stop it. The reader will exsanguinate 5-10 people into whatever method they have of containing a liquid. The reader will consume all the blood they have collected, often causing vomiting or the rupturing of the stomach. The person will then castrate themselves if they are a male or tear their breasts off if they are female. The organs will be placed in a bowl and lit on fire, ending with the reader slitting their own throat in a blade covered in salt. There have been ███ known manifestations of this type of SCP. The administation of amnestics has no effect on the reader, and cannot be sedated by any means due to unknown reasons. Termination of anyone carrying out this ritual will cause the killer to continue the ritual themselves, continuing from whatever step the original reader was at. If the original reader has already consumed the blood, the killer will cut open the readers stomach and consume the blood themselves.
Family of the reader and victims of the reader are to be told that the reader was a member of a satanist cult, and their victims were murdered by the reader.
If a person carrying out this ritual is discovered, no attempts to stop the ritual should take place.
