Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP - 5024 is to be held in a 3 - meter thick titanium steel alloy box. It is to be furnished at all time's with the appearance of an ancient Greek villa. Class - D Personnel are to bring it's meal's only during the designated times, and all other personnel must have a signed approval from the site director to enter. In the case of a containment breach, the room is to be filled with [REDACTED] class nerve agent.

Description: SCP 5024 appears to be an Ancient Greek hoplite dating from around 470 - 490 BC, around the time of the battle of Himera. It is approximately 5'7 feet tall, and wears full bronze armor. It carries a spear and a Taurus Pelte shield. Originally found in a cave by a pair of tourists, in [REDACTED]. When a person gets within 20 ft of it, images begin to flood the persons mind, until as they get closer, they fall unconscious. When found, the body shows signs of being beat to death with some form of blunt object, presumably the shield or helmet. Victims are seen to mutter about a great battle set on a mountain pass, thought to be the battle of [REDACTED] between the [REDACTED] and the Greeks. Towards the end before being killed, they curl up into a ball, and cry, muttering about a king being killed, presumably king [DATA EXPUNGED] of [REDACTED]

+ Incident #1

On [REDACTED] the object escaped containment from Site - [DATA EXPUNGED] in [DATA EXPUNGED]. It made it's way to the nearby [REDACTED] museum, which was opening an ancient [REDACTED] exhibit that day. It proceeded to destroy everything in the museum, and killing all within. MTF teams [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] arrived, and brought it back into containment without event.

+ Incident #2

On [REDACTED], during an experiment conducted by Dr. [REDACTED], the object went on a rampage, killing two guards (Sergeant [REDACTED], and Private [REDACTED], a handful of Class - D's, and severely wounded the doctor. The site went on lockdown. Security department managed to get it back into containment with few casualties. Due to this second incursion, the Site Director has since revised security protocol, and reclassified the object from Euclid to Keter class.

No incidents have occurred since the last containment breach, and Site Director [DATA EXPUNGED] has considered changing it back to it's original class, Euclid.
