Description: SCP-0 appears to be one (1) copy of George Orwell's 1984. However, when read for at least five (5) minutes, the reader will only be able to speak and write Newspeak (the language of Oceania, the country in the book) for exactly one hour. If the reader reads more than five (5) minutes, the time will still be one (1) hour. But if the person reads it for ten minutes, they will only be able to speak and write Newspeak for two hours. The book's origin is unknown.

Addendum-0A After extensive testing, it is shown that for every five minutes the book is read, then the user can only read/write Newspeak for one hour.
