Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX's aquarium tank is kept in a containment room of 3x3 meters in size. Inside the containment room, SCP-XXXX is kept in a 400 gallon rectangular tank
with 96 in length, 36 in width and height. Below the aquarium tank are the necessities for keeping the tank clean and comfortable while preventing SCP-XXXX from teleporting to the Site's neighboring riverway. Feeding only occurs 4 times a day in anytime. The feed must be a premium quality feed or any consumable with appetizing taste. For entertainment, SCP-XXXX is provided with a television that supports a hard drive to watch Japanese animations and a radio. Due to SCP-XXXX's aggressive behavior against some personnel, the television was removed until SCP-XXXX changed its behavior. SCP-XXXX's containment room can be access with a level 3 clearance or directly granted permission from Dr. Salvaña.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a male Oranda goldfish (Carassius auratus) with an orange coloration and a white tip on its tail. It measures 17.12 cm in length and possess a crown (wen) up top of its head. It is hard to distinguish to other oranda goldfish due its appearance, however, SCP-XXXX is intelligent and sapient. It is capable of speaking English, Cebuano¹ and Tagalog² through telepathy.

Despite having intelligence, SCP-XXXX is unable to answer very complex mathematical question, but capable of answering and understanding subjects like English, Physics, Chemistry etc.
SCP-XXXX spoke in a rude manner of speaking, accompanying its "tsundere"³ behavior. Often spat personnel with some vulgar words, threats and harassment, but these statements are harmless in a way. When Dr. Salvaña is around or is conducting experiments, it became polite, cooperative and even friendly. Its voice become calmer and kinder, according to Dr. Salvaña, "He can be a tsundere, but he'll warm up over time."

SCP-XXXX possesses many abilities that may suited for a espionage and surveillance, but only in aquatic environment or any acceptable area where water present. SCP-XXXX can teleport to any water source that accumulate with its size within 100 meters, even though it can escape containment, SCP-XXXX has no desire escaping from its confinement, it can also survive in environment that seems impossible for a goldfish to survive, for example, SCP-XXXX can survive in a cold ocean, despite being a freshwater goldfish or in an area of a contaminated river without affecting its body, SCP-XXXX can emit sound waves through its wen (crown) that can destroy objects, dampen electrical technology or other aquatic predator by destroying its brain, and lastly, SCP-XXXX can brought back to life after being killed ranging from a suffocation to being consumed. SCP-XXXX also immune to any anomalous effects that affects its mind. It is unknown if SCP-XXXX can resist or even immune to reality bending effects.

Experiment Conclusion: SCP-XXXX's soundwave only destroy its chosen targets by phasing through it unscathed and is capable of killing a living target with by puncturing organs with shattered bones. More living test subjects is still pending.

Notes: SCP-XXXX can only use the soundwave emitting ability underwater, or else losing its focus to fire at certain target.

Addendum XXXX-1: SCP-XXXX was discovered in a pet store in [REDACTED], where the shopkeeper reported to the police that he's hearing voice in the shop every night, sometimes during the day when there's no customers around. The Foundation dispatched to the location and found nothing, however, a field agent notice that an oranda goldfish stared at her. The field agent then tapped its aquarium to scare it away, but the field agent failed, and soon after, the goldfish spoke which led the conclusion that this goldfish is the cause of the voices. The Foundation applies B class amnestic to the shopkeeper and fabricated the incident to the police. The goldfish then transferred to Site-██.

Addendum XXXX-2: According to SCP-XXXX, the only recollection before his life as a goldfish, that SCP-XXXX was formerly human and known Dr. Salvaña since Highschool, the memories of his family and friends, and events occurred before the incident that led to it becoming a goldfish however are missing. He only remember the field trip to the mountains, Dr. Salvaña and his classmates. SCP-XXXX said that they where hiking to the thick foliage of the mountain and Dr. Salvaña returned to take a restroom break which Dr. Salvaña remembered, then suddenly, he stepped an unstable ground along with his classmates and fell, he fell unconscious along with the others until SCP-XXXX wakes up as a goldfish. It is still a mystery on how SCP-XXXX became a goldfish and his classmates that fell with him disappeared, according to Dr. Salvaña. Upon hearing his classmates whereabouts, he offered himself to help her and the Foundation on locating his other classmates. The request however is still pending and SCP-XXXX still regretting about the event later on.
