Description: SCP-XXXX resembles a fallen angel,that is 2m (meters) tall with sharp knife-like feathers creating it's wings.It has the ability to communicate with anyone and anything within a 300m (meters) radius with his telepathic powers.It can manipulate people to do anything he wants.If anyone comes in direct contact the subject will be manipulated by SCP-XXXX,reffering to SCP-XXXX as his master.

Discovery: SCP-XXXX was found in an abandoned building in the middle of nowhere,while the SCP Foundation was scouting the area after the reports of a angel-like figure being seen taking people away from a nearby village.
