Containment Procedures: Book should be on a table In a small, locked, windowless room. The book should be unremovable from the table. With a simple living area connected to it for testing and a disposal room connected to that. A bed and toilet will be provided in said living area along with a desk, notebook, and two pens, nothing more. The disposal room will be big enough to hold two people, with an opening floor that opens into an incinerator.

Testing Procedures: Because the infection is passed through human interaction, after initial contact with Keter any personnel should be remotely contacted and surveillanced. Audio and video surveillance is safe and required for recording purposes. Two Class-D personnel required per test.

One Class-D will enter the room with the book and will read the entire book, afterwards will lock himself in the living space. He will be instructed to henceforth write all of his thoughts, feelings, and experiences into the notebook. audio and video will be recorded during the tests. This will be maintained until moment of expiration.

The other Class-D will be lead to clean the room must enter the room completely alone no one is to make any contact with Class-D up to ten minutes before the procedure. He will clean the room with supplies provided to him beforehand. After wards will pick up the body and carry him into the disposal room. Both will be disposed of

Survival for infected is nil. No-one is permitted to enter any of these rooms except for Class-D for purposes listed above. Any personnel in contact with these rooms will be terminated as remotely and quickly as possible.

Effects: Perceived silhouette of a man (details forthcoming). Causes immense mental stress in afflicted personnel. Infective (cause of outbreak) able to easily pass through everyday connections between humans. Drives personnel to brinks of insanity causing mumbling of the phrase (he is watching). Drives personnel to commit suicide, but before they commit causes great case of blood-out-of-body. (painfully extracts blood out of the victim and coats the walls with it leaving no trace of internal or external wounds). First person on the seen becomes infected.
