Special containment prosedures:
Scp- 4183 is kept in site 64 bathroom . Due to its safe nature it can be used by any 64 site personel.
Scp 4183-1 is to be contained in an 1 m by 1 m by 1 m room with the walls of the room being 5 meters of solid concrete. In the event of a containment breach mobile task force Epsilon 11 (Nine-tailed fox) should be send to site 64 as soon as possible. If site 64 is overrun all available mtf forces should report to site 64 immediately.
Description:
In its non active state scp-4183 appears to be a normal toilet, measuring 59 cm in height and 30 cm in length. No anomalous properties can be seen when first observing Scp- 4183 , but if any items are thrown into scp- 4183 and the water is flushed, said item will disappear. If an item is thrown in without it being flushed the item will stay where it is until the water is flushed, and the only exception to this is when said item is out of site. It is unknown as to how this happens. If an item All retreval attempts have failed (see test log below). Scp-4183 cannot be penetrated by current foundation technology, but because of its safe nature, it's not needed. Scp-4183 has been discovered on 07/ 09/2012 when a sewer problem in site 64 led to scp-4183 being the only toilet working, when it was checked how this is happening it was discovered that Scp-4183 was not connected to the sewer sistem.

Test logs:
Item: one (1) standard foundation waterproof camera connected via a standard rope.
Test log:The waterproof camera is thrown into scp-4183 and the rope is conected to the bathroom wall. The water is flushed and the rope is pulled approximately ten (10) seconds after the flush.
Test results:The camera and rope that were out of site have disappeared.

Item:One (1) Standard waterproof radio
Test log:The radio is turned on and set to repeatedly send signals. The water is then flushed.
Test results:the signal is lost approximately two (2) seconds after the water was flushed, when the radio was out of the line of site.

Item: Five (5) standard waterproof foundation cameras, all connected to one another via a rope, all made to record one another, and send signals to a device located in the testing chamber.
Test log: All five cameras are conected to the rope and the rope is strengthen. The water is flushed.
Test result:Two (2) seconds after the the water is flushed, signal with 4/5 cameras are lost with the only one left being the top one, that was observed during testing. All the cameras malfunctiond during testing, and had send no images

Item: One(1) waterproof camera modified to have small water propellers conected to a wireless controller in the test chamber.
Test log:The camera is put inside of scp 4183 and the water is not flushed. The camera is then instructed to go forward. The camera records the same sewer side 64 uses. After the camera crossed 143 meters the water began disappearing and soon all of the water was Gone. A few seconds after the camera spotted an entety (scp-4183-2) resembling a large "rat" approximately 43 cm long. The entety attacked the camera as soon as it spotted it reveling long teath estimated 10 cm long. The teath ripped through the camera and a few seconds after we lost all signal
