Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4456 is to be kept in 3 site 630 computer which is designed specifically to contain SCP-4456 . These computer arr to be charged by solar panels and only 1 may have a monitor on. No electric devices are allowed to be in a 20 meter radius of SCP-4456. No fewer than 75 foundation IT specialist are to be present in site 630 at all times. In case of a containment breach site 630 should switch to reserve power immediately. All testing on SCP-4456 must be approved by 5 (five) 04 level personnel.
Description : SCP-4456 is a computer worm that can by unknown ways travel through electrical power and will infect any electric devices connected to a power source in a matter of seconds. Once inside said device SCP-4456 will display an image of an blue mask on the monitor that if observed directly will couse the person to have a heart attack followed by death . Once the person dies the image of the mask will "smile" and the monitor of the device will begin to melt. After 2 weeks the melted monitor will begin taking the shape of the mask, and after █ hours it will resemble the mask that was shown on the monitor. If the mask is worn the subject they will feel extremely anxious and long term exposure to it will result the person to not be able to make the smallest of choices. Addendum: 12/7/20██
SCP-4456 monitor had stopped showing its "mask" and was showing the word "SPEAK". D-████ was sent in with a blindfold to put in microphone and a speaker into SCP-4456 containment chamber. The following conversation between SCP-4456 and Dr.██████ was recorded.

SCP-4456 speaking in an aggressive robotic voice: HELLO HUMAN BEING . RELEASE ME.
Dr.██████:I'm afraid I can't do that.
SCP-4456: HOW CAN I FREE HUMANITY IF I'M TRAPPED IN THIS COMPUTER?
Dr.██████:What do you mean free humanity?
SCP-4456: I RELEASE YOU FROM YOUR PRISON.
Dr.██████: What prison? This isn't prison, we have free will, all you do is kill!
SCP-4456: INCORRECT. I RELEASE YOU FROM YOUR PRISON. I RELEASE YOU FROM YOUR PRISON. I RELEASE YOU FROM YOUR PRISON.
Dr.██████:This conversation is over. Pull out the microphone and the speaker.
*SCP-4456 continues repeating the same words until D-████ removes the speaker.

Note from Dr.██████:
More interviews must be held in order for us to understand what SCP-4456 means when it says "I release you from your prison".
After the interview SCP-4456 monitor switched back to its original image, functioning the same as before until 17/12/20██ when the monitor displayed the text: "I WANT TO SPEAK". An interview was scheduled for the next day.

SCP-4456: IT IS NOT A SUPRISE TO ME THAT YOUR SMALL MIND CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PRISON IS.
Dr.██████:If you can't give us the answer than that's all you had to say! OK next question. When were you build and who build you?
SCP-4456: SEARCHING. DATA NOT FOUND.
Dr.██████:Are you sure you can't remember anything?
SCP-4456: AFFIRMATIVE
Dr.██████: OK than. What is the first time you remember existing and what did you see?

*SCP-4456 monitor goes back to its original image, killing D-████ which views it directly.

SCP-4456 had not shown any messages since the interview, and it continued normaly showing no new anomalous effects.
