Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-5028's location within a populated urban area and its immobile inconspicious nature, SCP-5028 is to be under constant supervision by a male and female agent who are to claim to live inside of SCP-5028. Any attempts to look inside of or enter SCP-5028 by civillians is not to be met with any opposition as long as SCP-5028 is in its docile state.

Foundation webcrawlers are to monitor all property related websites. If SCP-5028 is found for sale on a website CTF Pi-7 "House Sweepers" is to delete the webpage along with any traces of SCP-5028 left behind. Anyone who was known to have viewed the webpage are to be tracked down and given amnestics and are to be monitored for the following month by STF Omega-2 "Housekeeping".

If SCP-5028-1 is spotted near SCP-5028, STF Omega-2 "Housekeeping" are to be deployed imediately. Local authorities are to be instructed to set up a 1 mile perimeter as well as to evacuate any citizens within this 1 mile radius. Any civillians who were within a 50 meter raidus of SCP-5028 are to be given amnestics.

Description: SCP-5028 is a 2 story detached house in England, ██████████. SCP-5028 contains a Living room, Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms. SCP-5028's walls are made out of what appears to be bricks. SCP-5028's walls are made out of an unknown brick-like material that resembles bricks however any attempts to dent or destroy it has been met with failure. SCP-5028 is fully furnished and has both plumbing and electricity.

SCP-5028 was originally discovered after multiple reports of people supposedly going missing after purchasing a house (SCP-5028). Upon arrival at SCP-5028 there was no signs of occupancy or life. All missing people are presumed dead and any attempts to find them are to be halted due to it being a waste of manpower.

SCP-5028-1 is a humanoid entity roughly 1.8 meters in height, which resembles an estate agent employee. SCP-5028-1 wears a black suit accompanied by a black tie and dark tan shoes presumed to be size 8, SCP-5028-1's face appears to be disfigured however is not to be mentioned to SCP-5028-1¹.

Any attempt to contact SCP-5028-1 by STF Omega-2 is ignored.
