All naval vessels assigned to MTF Iota-14 must be retrofitted with localized acoustic dampening systems. Personnel deploying within the designated manifestation zone are required to equip tactical noise-canceling headsets at all times. Upon visual confirmation of an SCP-XXXX instance, immediate neutralization must be executed by MTF Iota-14 assets.

Description:
SCP-XXXX is a recurring maritime vessel of high-visibility international orange pigmentation, structurally identical to a regional commercial fishing craft. SCP-XXXX instances possess no physical crew. Manifestation events occur exclusively within a 22-kilometer radius of the coastline of the Greek island of [REDACTED].
SCP-XXXX instances continuously emit a high-volume auditory memetic hazard. This broadcast consists of overlapping, multi-layered human distress signals, weeping, and vocal screaming. Subjects directly exposed to these acoustic disturbances enter a catatonic, subconscious state. Affected subjects experience an overriding, irresistible urge to submerge themselves in the nearest body of water until expiration via drowning occurs.
