Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: Dr. Arius Watcher is to be kept inside of a Graphene Containment Cell, 5 feet thick, with Iron bars 2 feet thick wrapped around the outside, and inside of the cell.
Description: On august 6th, 1945, Dr. Arius Watcher was on a meeting somewhere in japan, discussing possible containment procedures for several Keter Class Objects. Approximately 4 hours after the meeting, he was walking, with containment files, planning to give them back to the 05 Council. While walking, he was unknowingly walking in the direct path of Little Boy. 4 minutes later, when the bomb impacted Hiroshima, he was directly underneath it.
On impact, his hearing and seeing ability was completely destroyed. After the fallout cleared, he cried out in a scream, unable to hear his cry of torture. He was severely burned, but not dead. A small 4 year old girl, who's name is [REDACTED] was behind 14 sheets of metal, as she saw the bomb falling. She was severely burned, but her hearing and sigh were fine.
In 1973, she, and her husband, agreed to do an interview with the SCP Foundation, this is what they said: "Test 2-A, Mrs. and Mr. [REDACTED]" "Lets start with a few questions first: 1, What did you see on the day of the bombing?" "I remember seeing a man, wearing a dark suit, with a scarf, a dark hat with a white velvet strip around it, and a book. I remember him having a book"
