User: AU-315

Welcome, Director.

The following is a multimedial archive containing personal accounts, surveillance footage, compromised cellular data, and after-action interviews with involved persons of interest and Foundation personnel relating to Case File No.429.

Kindly submit your verdict at least 24 hours prior to the sentencing of PoI-736-19 "Ash Bennett".

Item#: XXXX
Level4
Containment Class:
safe
Secondary Class:
cernunnos
Disruption Class:
ekhi
Risk Class:
caution

Special Containment Procedures: Recovered instances of SCP-XXXX must be transported to Site-44's Cryptozoology Division for study and care.

Instances of SCP-XXXX-A through -E are handled by the Department of Criminal Investigations as evidence. Under the department's authority, instances recovered may be used to charge offenders, and if a case cannot be presented to the Internal Tribunal Department within 60 days of an arrest, evidence is to be decommissioned for research.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a previously undiscovered species of snake, located within and around natural bodies of water in the East Midlands area of England, UK.

Items SCP-XXXX-A through -E refer to various forms of narcotics produced with the venom acquired from SCP-XXXX. These narcotics display properties similar to those used by the Foundation for amnestic treatment, targeting the limbic system of the brain and nullifying emotion.

Narcotics linked to SCP-XXXX have primarily been produced by GoI-736 "The Riverside Mafia", an organized crime group operating under the purview of an unidentified leadership.

Case File No.429 - Initial Report

GoI-736's Quality Assurance and Distribution Facility.

Date:

Group Under Investigation: GoI-736 "Riverside Mafia"

Active Members: Ash Bennett, Nathan Winters.

Intelligence Report: Following its discovery, the distribution of SCP-XXXX was traced back to a storage facility under the purview of GoI-736 by DCI agent Rose Morgan. Morgan's intel describes the area as a low-activity transportation and quality assurance site, where low ranking members of GoI-736 audit the quality of SCP-XXXX prior to distribution.

Upon discovery, the facility was being manned by Ash Bennett and Nathan Winters; the former of whom is a newly indoctrinated member with no notable criminal record.

SUSPECT PROFILES:

NAME SEX HEIGHT/WEIGHT AGE HAIR EYES OTHER
Ash Bennett Male 160 cm / 5'3" - 57Kg / 127Lbs 23 Years Old Blonde, Medium-length Blue Left-arm Sleeve Tattoo, Pale, Paranoid Disposition
Nathan Winters Male 181 cm / 5'11" - 71Kg / 156Lbs 25 Years Old Black, Short-length Brown Strong Northen English Accent, Short Beard

Department Action: DCI agent Rose Morgan has been embeded as an undercover criminal within GoI-736's ranks. Due to the risk of exposing Morgan's cover, and the percieved threat to life if she were to be discovered, the DCI cannot offer any direct support at this time.

This is pending review by Morgan's undercover case handler, DCI Director Zoey Taylor.

Case File No.429 - Interview with Nathan Winters

Attendees: Director Zoey Taylor, Nathan Winters

Date:

Time:

Notice: / Have Nathan rat out Ash here and his orders to kill Rose, in exchange for immunity and witness protection. The Foundation should discover who specifically is in danger during this interview based on the evidence they've gathered and Nathan's confession. Up until now they assumed it was just a typical mafia killing that was planned. Nathan was the guy who shot the Foundation agents in the first raid, and because of the aforementioned difficulty acquiring new goods or weapons, he kept the same murder weapon and got caught with it. /
