Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Thaumiel
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an abstract conceptual communication array (ACCA) developed by the Foundation's Metaphysics Department during Project Immediate.
SCP-XXXX's primary function is to allow instantaneous communication between users via the transfer of concepts in place of written or verbal communication. This allows for complex and exact communication possessing nearly zero delay.
Due in part to the events of Incident XXXX.Beta, the means through which SCP-XXXX functions are entirely unknown. Researchers have suggested that a mix of thaumaturgical channels and pata-markers could be responsible, but no means of successfully reproducing the technology has yet been devised.
Addendum XXXX.1: Project Immediate
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: As SCP-XXXX is only known to affect personnel stationed at Site-11, it is effectively self-concealing to civilian populations, and remaining containment is limited to the monitoring of SCP-XXXX-A instances and their responses to SCP-XXXX. Investigations into the root cause of SCP-XXXX, as well as real life equivalents of locations seen in it, are currently underway.
Data from Site-11's Bloom program1 is to be analyzed for possible instances of SCP-XXXX manifestation among staff. Personnel below Level 3 Clearance are not to be made aware of SCP-XXXX until further notice.
Addendum XXXX.#: Following a surge of depressive episodes and self-destructive behavior among Site personnel in 1998, a Foundation mental wellness program by the name of Bloom was established to boost morale, and discover and treat mental issues among staff. Implemented in 1999, it has proven extremely helpful to personnel since. In 2015, management of most of the program was handed over to the Foundation's mental health assistant artificial intelligence sophie.aic.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a recurring dream experienced by approximately 0.7% of personnel stationed at Site-11, with affected personnel being referred to as SCP-XXXX-A. The first reports of SCP-XXXX experiences appeared in early July of 1979 and have continued somewhat2 uninterrupted since. Despite the large number of civilian staff employed at Site-11, no cases of SCP-XXXX affecting any civilians have been documented.
All SCP-XXXX-A instances have experienced some type of emotional or psychological trauma during their early to middle life; this the sole common quality that has been identified among all instances.
While details of SCP-XXXX vary from case to case, the general progression of SCP-XXXX remains generally uniform between reports.

As the dream begins, the subject will find themselves standing on a steep hill under a deciduous canopy; descriptions of the flora present indicate that SCP-XXXX occurs sometime in late spring or early summer, though instances will occasionally describe a barren, winter-like setting. The subject will then notice they are on a worn path, and an entity3 will manifest at the bottom of the hill and begin to menacingly pursue the subject down the path. Once the subject has fled the entity for a variable amount of time, the forest will end, the entity will cease pursuit, and SCP-XXXX-A will come across a small settlement.
All instances' descriptions of the area invariably depict a seaside settlement consisting of twelve houses, a marketplace, a small gothic cathedral, and a distant lighthouse located on a seastack approximately 100 meters off the shore. All structures possess blue and white coloring.
SCP-XXXX-A have described feelings of deja vu and nostalgia, will and proceed to wander the town as though searching for someone. Inhabitants of the town appear as humanoids of indeterminate ethnicity wearing clothes consistent with 1950s American fashion trends. These entities will group into family units4 and can be seen milling about and socializing in the marketplace and typically; inhabitants will smile if approached, but will not engage the subject otherwise.
The subject will continue through the marketplace and approach the shore, where a small dock is present. A rowboat is moored, and an unremarkable figure can be seen sitting in the boat. Upon seeing the subject, the figure will nod and SCP-XXXX-A will board the boat. The figure will untie the boat's bindings, and depart in the direction of the lighthouse.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained at the site of its discovery. Due to the public nature of knowledge concerning SCP-XXXX, a general disinformation campaign attributing the Great Barrier Reef to be a natural phenomenon is to be maintained.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the corpse of a massive organism located in the Coral Sea off the eastern coast of Queensland, Australia.
Addendum: its dyin yall
Canaveral National Seashore in Florida, an area subject to SCP-XXXX.
Special Containment Procedures: Due to the passive nature of SCP-XXXX, very little is required in terms of direct containment.
Public use of SCP-XXXX is to be encouraged through the dissemination of promotional media encouraging routine outdoor activity. Additionally, the Foundation is to assist and fund environmental protection agencies and organizations for the purpose of maintaining SCP-XXXX.
An investigation into the root cause of SCP-XXXX is currently underway. See Addendum XXXX.2 below.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a phenomenon globally present in natural environments or greenspaces, by which present human subjects will revise minor spontaneous health benefits.
To date, SCP-XXXX has been found to provide a variety of benefits for human subjects, including:
- Gradual alleviation of depressive and anxiety disorders
- Stabilization of blood pressure problems
- Improvements to overall social cohesion in groups
- Enhanced immune system responses5
- Release of positive neurotransmitters into the body
- Improved physical health and associated benefits6
Many of these benefits have been noted to scale in affectiveness with the amount of time spent under SCP-XXXX's influence, as well as the occupied area's history of human habitation (See below).

Addendum XXXX.2: Reclassification of SCP-XXXX to Explained is pending.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: The entrance to SCP-XXXX-A has been cordoned off within an atmospheric and geological monitoring installation accessible only to Foundation personnel. Exploration is permitted with the approval of Dr. Jaskes.
P.o.I. ###### is to remain under surveillance; amnesticization has been deemed unnecessary.
Description: SCP-XXXX denotes a pair of ash pines spaced 1.2 meters apart, located in the northwest section of the Upper Geyser Basin in Yellowstone National Park.
SCP-XXXX are nearly indistinguishable from the surrounding forest except for bare patches of wood on either tree with the words "Remember Us" and "2019" carved into their surfaces respectively. The subjects have proven impervious to damage or attempts at relocation.7 SCP-XXXX-A can be accessed by passing between SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX-A is a spacetime anomaly containing Yellowstone National Park as it was from 5/29/19 to 8/7/19. The anomaly is affected by a time loop that begins when SCP-XXXX-A is entered by a human observer; upon reaching midnight on 8/7/19, all aspects of SCP-XXXX-A revert to how they were when the loop began. Outside materials and observers are returned to the positions they occupied at the time of entry.
Spacetime within SCP-XXXX-A is significantly compressed relative to baseline reality, resulting in time flowing much slower within the anomaly. For example, if an individual were to reside in SCP-XXXX-A for what they experienced as several weeks, mere hours would have elapsed in on Earth.
As far as can be determined, SCP-XXXX-A contains most of Yellowstone National Park and fragments of surrounding land, such as the towns of West Yellowstone, Montana and Cody, Wyoming. The boundaries of SCP-XXXX-A appear as a thick fog; attempting to walk through the boundary returns the interacting individual in the direction they approached from. Further analyses of this fog have been deemed unnecessary.
Addendum XXXX.1: Details surrounding the creation of SCP-XXXX-A remained unknown to the Foundation until 6/16/2041 when SCP-XXXX's protective installation was approached by an unidentified individual who attempted to gain entry to the structure. An on-site guard apprehended the individual and detained them before
SCP-XXXX-A was created by NAME, a current resident of Bozeman, Montana sometime in the late 2020s.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-XXXX's antimemetic properties, it is considered effectively self-containing.
If capable personnel should sight SCP-XXXX, they are to continue to observe the subjects and notify Dr. Schneider immediately to report their observations and await further instruction. Following demanifestation, reporting personnel are to collect the present leftover objects and deliver it to Dr. Schneider.
Webcrawler Huron-12 is to monitor online platforms for discussion of SCP-XXXX and expunge relevant information as needed.
Description: SCP-XXXX denotes a pair of Class-II incorporeal, slightly translucent entities designated SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B, manifesting as a male and female of assumedly European descent. SCP-XXXX exhibits a mild antimeme that prevents cognizant awareness of them while being directly observed, and as such, most observers simply fail to notice their presence; observers with a Cognitive Resilience Index of 45 or higher are able to bypass this effect.8
SCP-XXXX-A and -B only appear during manifestation events that occur at places with high cultural value, scenic environments, or similarly attractive qualities. The subjects will proceed to find seating of some sort and sit; if none is available, they will sit on the ground.
SCP-XXXX will always face the key feature of their manifestation point, typically a monument, scenic view, or item of interest, and exhibit affectionate behavior.9 After a variable amount of time, the two will rise and demanifest.
SCP-XXXX has never been observed from the front, and to date all sightings have been from behind. All recorded attempts to view SCP-XXXX from the front invariably prompt the subjects' immediate demanifestation.
Following SCP-XXXX's disappearance, a single object will be left in their place. These objects appear as a variety of items, though usually pertain to the location of manifestation. (See Addendum XXXX.1 below.)
Addendum XXXX.1: The following is a collection of logs detailing notable SCP-XXXX manifestation events.
| Location | Date | Remnant | Notes | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Knight painting location | idk | A bouquet of pink roses. | The roses left on SCP-XXXX's bench were highly resemblant to those featured in (painting), which the pair appeared to have been observing. | |
| A mass service held in Vatican City | idk | A single gold coin. | The collected coin does not match any type of currency in current or historical circulation. | |
| Location | idk | Item | Notes | |
| Location | idk | Item | Notes | |
| Old Faithful Geyser, Yellowstone National Park | idk | A postcard featuring The Grand Prismatic Spring, with a message reading "." | SCP-XXXX manifested shortly before the geyser erupted, remained present throughout the process, then demanifested shortly after. | |
| Mt. Everest | idk | A small ball of glass with a piece of pink coral encased inside. | N/A | |
| Some place in Scotland | idk | Item | SCP-XXXX-A appeared slouched over while leaning into SCP-XXXX-B, who laid her head on SCP-XXXX-A's shoulder. SCP-XXXX-A demanifested slightly before SCP-XXXX-B when approached by personnel. | |
| Arthur's Seat, Scotland | idk | Item | SCP-XXXX-A and -B sat near the edge of a cliff on the slopes of the Seat while facing the setting sun. SCP-XXXX-A lay with his head in SCP-XXXX-B's lap as she stroked his hair. | As the sun fully set, SCP-XXXX-A demanifested, but SCP-XXXX-B remained for a few minutes before also vanishing. The present personnel reported hearing distant sobs following -B's demanifestation. |
| A Scottish cemetery | idk | A gilded locket. | SCP-XXXX-B was seen alone, seated on the ground before an unlabeled gravestone. She remained unmoving for nearly an hour before depositing a gilded locket at the base of the grave and bowing her head. SCP-XXXX-B remained kneeling for several more minutes before standing, wiping her face and demanifestating. | No additional activity by SCP-XXXX has been observed since this incident. |
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid Pending
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained at the location of its discovery.
The progress of SCP-XXXX's reconstruction is to be continually tracked; any deviations from its usual progression are to be noted to Dr. Jaskes or Researcher Griffin immediately. See Addendum XXXX.3
Description: SCP-XXXX denotes an entity discovered beneath Jerusalem, Palestine10 SCP-XXXX is composed of five concentric metallic rings up to seven meters wide that are externally covered in hundreds of eyes; these rings are positioned at various angles around a red crystalline core bearing a similarly ocular appearance. Due to SCP-XXXX's immobile nature, these rings are static.
In addition to its unnatural composition and assumedly extradimensional origins, SCP-XXXX is anomalous in its complete immune to physical trauma, having perfectly withstood all attempts to inflict damage to it to date. Despite this immunity, SCP-XXXX has at some prior point sustained significant damage by unknown means, visible in that segments of several of its rings have been cleaved or broken off, with a considerable portion of its mass being absent when first documented.
SCP-XXXX undergoes variable cycles of inactivity from which it will intermittently awaken, during which times interaction can be attempted. SCP-XXXX exhibits full sentience and has displayed the ability to understand all forms of communication; the subject will typically respond in kind, though seems to prefer Aramaic to other languages. SCP-XXXX communicates through the emanation of a deep, masculine voice from its core, though the exact mechanism by which these sounds are produced is not understood. Outside of direct conversations SCP-XXXX has not been known to speak, although personnel have reported hearing whispers from the subject while inactive.11
Addendum XXXX.1: Currently, SCP-XXXX is rebuilding itself through unknown means, very slowly accruing additional mass in the place of its missing segments. While the rate of reconstruction has varied considerably over the course of its documentation, its current rate allows SCP-XXXX to regenerate roughly 0.5% of its missing mass annually. No means of slowing or halting this reconstruction have been devised.
Projections estimate SCP-XXXX will finish its regenerative process by late November of 2023. It is anticipated that once this occurs SCP-XXXX's anomalous capacities will expand and attempt to escape its containment. Preventative measures to counter this are still being drafted, though due to the unknown nature of the subject's potential abilities, there is still much deliberation on what measures will be required.
Discovery: The first modern documentation of SCP-XXXX was made by members of the Horizon Initiative in 1963 when they relinquished control of the subject from a Kabbalistic cult that had been occupying the catacomb system at the time. It is unknown when members of the cult discovered SCP-XXXX.
Due to faction complications and an internal financial crisis, representatives of the Initiative contacted the Foundation in 1981 inquiring about transferring containment responsibilities. An agreement was quickly reached and the Foundation took over management of SCP-XXXX, as well as its relevant records.
Addendum XXXX.2: Dr. Kavaler was an American archaeologist who was initially contacted by the Horizon Initiative to aid in the study of an unusual branch of catacombs discovered beneath Jerusalem and stood as a central figure in the Initiative's excavation and study efforts.
After being present for the discovery of SCP-XXXX during the investigation, Kavaler agreed to continue working on-site and observe secrecy protocols. Dr. Kavaler ceased involvement with the Initiative and resumed academic affairs in 1981 when the Foundation took over SCP-XXXX's containment.
The following is a collection of excerpts from a journal kept by Kavaler during his time working with SCP-XXXX, made available to the Foundation by the Horizon Initiative.
September 10, 1971
I do my best to keep a professional composure during excavations, but what we discovered today shattered all expectations which I may have had going in. Rings, eyes, crystal, like something from the passages of yore, though probably even older.12
I've never been a very religious man myself, but the implications of this thing's existence are… world-breaking, to say the least. As… unorthodox as this whole situation is, Clayton and I have agreed to remain with the Initiative for now to help them, under strictly confidential terms, of course.
What exactly is this thing, and what happened to bring it here? Suppose that's why Clayton and I are here, after all.
May 24, 1972
Clayton and I have been doing our best to piece together the thing's history with what we have available. Those Initiative people are certainly helpful, if not a bit zealous.
The Kabbalists we recovered this thing from were from a local cult that called themselves the "Harbingers of Sky." I did some digging and it seems they've been lurking around beneath Jerusalem since the 1800s. Reliable info on the group is scarce at best, but from what I've gathered, it seems the cult formed following some extraordinary event that occurred beneath the city. If I had to guess, that event was this thing showing up.
The Harbingers kept watch over it for decades, but as time drew on, their ranks thinned more with each passing year. What we encountered six months ago was merely what was left of them after all that time. They looked almost relieved when we delivered the news that the Initiative had agreed to take control of the situation.
Anyway, supposedly the entity was already damaged when the Harbingers first bothered to write anything about it down, and I can't find any evidence suggesting that they witnessed it being broken before then, so we haven't found anything on that front.
What we did find however was very interesting. The iconography around the chamber matched several early nephalimic sigils from the databases I was afforded, and all of them point to one possible use: a summoning. Not for anything like the ringed beast, but something more demonic in nature.
If our theory is correct, then the main chamber may very well have previously been a battleground of sorts. Clayton and I believe that the ringed entity appeared here in response to the summoning, possibly to counter or neutralize whatever was created. The ensuing clash between the two forces would explain the presence of the scorch marks and gashes around the chamber, as well as the current state of the ringed creature, assuming the ritual produced a being powerful enough to do so. As for what became of that being, or where it is now, we can't be sure.
Clayton thinks the ringed beast destroyed it before itself falling immobile from sustained damage. I fear that it may have fought and escaped off to some odd corner of the world to do God-knows-what. Either way it's gone, and as far as we can tell, it's not coming back.
June 2, 1972
It woke up today.
The whole thing began to hum, the core started glowing faintly, and some of the eyes even began to blink. We figured to make the most of the opportunity and try to communicate with the thing.
One of the Initiative men, Samuel, volunteered as soon as the plan was announced, seemed eager to get a closer look at it, giddy almost. We set up what little equipment we had and let him approach. Samuel was shaky as he walked up to it, had it been from excitement or fear I couldn't tell. The thing's eye lit up a rosy color and turned towards him. He introduced himself and asked if it had a name. It just stared at him, though the humming grew deeper, and even from the sidelines, so to speak, we could hear a chorus of whispers emanating from the eye. He kept at it for a little while, but was only met with that constant, low hum.
Clayton stepped out of the observation booth to tell Samuel that we were done for now, and the eye swiveled towards him, turning a light blue color. And that's when it spoke, or tried to at least.
The entire thing started vibrating, rings and all, before it seemed to compose itself and focused its vibration on its core, shifting the pitch around until something of a voice emanated from the core. At first it was shreds of vowels, consonants, nothing intelligible, but as it gained more and more control of its "voice," it was forming words, even sentences.
Our translator was scribbling away in his notebook in no time, eventually turning to Clayton. Translating for the thing, he said the beast had said it sensed in him a "seed of renewal," though noted that the phrase didn't translate perfectly and that "reconstitution" was merely the closest word he could determine at a moment's notice. The core tilted around slightly, almost wobbling as it belted out another line of what I now know was Aramaic. The translator sat for a moment before writing some more things down and repeating what it had said to all of us. It had requested to help "foster the garden" with Clayton while it repaired itself, and in exchange, allow us to study it further.
After conversing with the translator, Clayton approached the thing and agreed to cooperate if it would mean getting to the bottom of this place and its history. The core turned a light purple color and bounced in place before dimming. One by one more and more of its eyes closed until the core had fully darkened.
Whatever this whole fostering deal means or what garden Clayton supposedly possesses is beyond me, but this is easily the most progress we've made on this whole project thus far.
He and I are really going to have to brush up on our Aramaic, by the looks of it.
(The bottom of the page is marked with crudely written text incorrectly spelling an Aramaic phrase equivalent to "yay!")
June 12, 1972
According to the database, Ophanim are supposed to be constantly aware and awake, yet this one seems to be asleep most of the time. Of course, we could theorize to the Moon and back as to why, but I believe the root of its unusual behavior lies in its restorative process. Its possible that the process simply requires a lot of bodily energy.
Which begs the question: where is that energy coming from? Is it already inside Throniel, or is it somehow manufacturing new power through unknown means? For all we know its core could be a reactor of sorts.
Either way, Clayton and I still have a mountain of questions and an anthill of answers.
August 9, 1972
I need a break. I'm taking some time off. There's gotta be something fun to do in this city.
August 10, 1972
Got chewed out by the project head for trying to sneak out. Apparently my "dangerous" behavior could have compromised the secrecy of the operation. Now they've got Clayton and I under watch.
As if I'm going to run up to the first person I see and immediately convince them I have an angel hiding in my basement.
September 18, 1972
We've decided to call it Throniel.
We figured that angelologically speaking, this thing is a Throne, an unnamed one at that, so adding an "-iel" suffix to it seemed easy enough. Rolls right off the tongue pretty well, too, and most of the Initiative members don't seem to mind.
September 30, 1972
Someone tried to attack Throniel today.
uhhhh guy attacks it for his faction, gets eye blasted and cries uncontrollably or something idk yet
Addendum XXXX.2: On November 26th, 2023, at 5:02 AM local time, SCP-XXXX completed its reconstruction process, having restored all of its missing mass. Moments after its completion was detected by monitoring equipment, as well as several present personnel, SCP-XXXX darkened and fell silent for several minutes before reactivating and slowly rising into the air, its rings began rotating and spinning around the core.
The core then rotated to face its "eye" on the present Researcher Griffin, and spoke in Aramaic:
You are strong of heart, son of Richard
Your faith like iron, forged in the fires of sin
Raise thy blade, and prepare
He comes
SCP-XXXX then began glowing with increasing intensity before demanifesting. At this point, an anomalous electromagnetic signal was released from SCP-XXXX's location and broadcast onto every electronic device within a one kilometer radius capable of processing and displaying audio or visual content, forcefully displaying a message on their screens. The message read as follows:
Part of the entrance to SCP-XXXX
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: The property on which SCP-XXXX is located has been purchased by a Foundation shell company and cordoned off as a condemned building site.
Following the Ethics Committee ruling on (date), access to SCP-XXXX without approval from a supermajority of the Committee is prohibited.
Description: SCP-XXXX denotes the remnants of the Australian amusement park "Waterful Wildlife World!" SCP-XXXX exhibits a variety of anomalous phenomena, ranging from inconsistent internal geometry to the presence of potentially hostile entities within.
History: Prior to the emergence of its anomalous properties, SCP-XXXX functioned as an aquarium and amusement park named "Waterful Wildlife World!" for residents in the southern area of Victoria, Australia. It was known for its inadequate animal handling, poor management, and rumors of dealings with corrupt Australian politicians to illegally keep the park open. The premature deaths of several animals popular with the public attracted negative attention from environmentalist and animal rights groups by mid 2007.
The park's negative publicity culminated with the disappearance and death of William Fritz, one of the park's handlers who had been an outspoken opponent of park's management. While direct evidence was never produced, Fritz was thought to have leaked data, photos, and videos of malpractice taking place at Waterful Wildlife World. Fritz was reported missing in on December 13, 2007; his body was recovered two weeks later in one of the sewers beneath the park. His cause of death was determined to be drowning. Fritz's family pursued legal action against the park which, compounded with the already enormous negative press and pressure from environmentalist groups, led to its official closure in spring of 2008.
Addendum XXXX.1:
Special Containment Procedures: Information control, tracking people affected, predicting activations
Description: SCP-XXXX is a phenomenon by which human subjects will become spontaneously displaced from consensus time to a seemingly random point in history. This process most often deposits the subject, thereafter designated SCP-XXXX-A, in a historical version of the area they were located at the time of SCP-XXXX activation.
More stuff
During displacement subjects will undergo a number of anomalous changes, including:
- No longer requiring food or water to maintain bodily functions13
- Bacterial and disease immunity
- Cessation of most bodily senescence
- Enhanced stamina
- Situational intangibility14
- Powerful antimemetic properties
yep
"It was beautiful, and then there was a Wal-Mart…"
Addendum XXXX.1: Items of Interest
Floor #: 03

Observations: An ornate mirror with gilded styling. Living biological material is not reflected in the object, with the exception of human subjects' nervous systems, which will appear completely black.
Floor #: 07
Placard Text: Desolation's Overture
Observations: The glass viewing port appears to have been distorted by the presence of an extreme heat source on the other side and is hot to the touch; the room contains a black flute of some sort resting on a pedestal in the center of the room. Subjects report being able to hear muffled music of varying composition from behind the glass, as well as accompanying feelings of dread.
Floor #: 14
Placard Text: Love's Labors Forfeit
Observations: Chamber contains a worn manuscript propped up on a pedestal. Subjects observing the object report a sense of longing.
Floor #: 21
Placard Text: Recommended by 99,999/10 dentists!
Observations: A cube of blue, translucent gelatin rests in the center of the room, measuring roughly 5 meters wide. What appear to be thousands of human teeth are suspended in the material; the object has been noted to occasionally twitch.
Floor #: 28
Placard Text: (Written in unidentified, illegible script)
Observations: A tapestry hangs suspended in the center of the room, which does not appear to have walls. Imagery depicted in the object changes between viewings, and can impart feelings of euphoria or anxiety in observers.
Floor #: 35
Placard Text: The Remainder
Observations: The chamber is dimly lit, and a tall, hairy entity can be seen standing in the corner, facing away from the viewing port.
Floor #: 47
Placard Text: Doris
Observations: Chamber contains a single hospital bed soaked with blood. When viewed in a subject's peripheral vision, a mutilated body occupies the bed.
Floor #: 49
Placard Text: Maintenance
Observations: Chamber is empty except for an open doorway that appears to connect to an unlit hallway running parallel behind the back wall. Dark figures can occasionally be seen moving past the doorway, but are majorly obscured.
Floor #: 55
Placard Text: Breathe (Mounted to pole in ground in front of lift)
Observations: Lift opens to a vast, potentially infinite wooded area of variable composition and terrain that changes between visits. Personnel entering this space report feeling extremely relaxed and at ease; this effect persists for several months even after having left the area.
Floor #: 63
Placard Text: Yy'triov
Observations: Floor lacks an entryway, door, or viewing port, and is cubic in shape. Dimensions far exceed the space that should be available for its floor of the facility, with the room measuring nearly a kilometer to each side. Held in the geometric center of the room by large, clear pillars is a glass heptadecahedron containing a sphere of glowing plasma; a guardrail encircles a 15 meter-wide ring around the room's entry point, which personnel report feeling strongly compelled not to venture past.
Floor #: 69
Placard Text: ☹
Observations: Chamber contains a single wooden spoon with a frowning face drawn on it placed on pedestal. The access door appears to have been melted shut from the outside.
Floor #: 72
Placard Text: The Eye of Ra
Observations: A false eye apparatus featuring an exquisite green jewel in place of its eye hangs suspended in the center of the room. Subjects engaging in sustained "eye contact" will develop a powerful aversion to daylight and religious activities; this effect dissipates roughly two weeks after viewing.
Floor #: 80
Placard Text: Ostwald
Observations: Chamber contains a humanoid figure bound in a straight jacket suspended in the center of the room by a chain tied around its neck. The figure's head is obscured in darkness despite the chamber being well-lit.
Floor #: 81, 82
Placard Text: Abbot, Costello
Observations: Chambers are virtually identical, with both being brightly illuminated and filled with white smoke; a tall, indistinct shape is visible in the center of each room.
Floor #: 90
Placard Text: N/A
Observations: The lift opens to a blank concrete wall instead of an entryway; the concrete appears to have only recently settled.
Floor #: 92
Placard Text: That Which Was Is ("Was" appears to have been forcibly gashed out, with a crudely written "Is" now scratched in next to it.)
Observations: Viewing port has been shattered, with broken glass covering a majority of the entryway; chamber is empty except for several fragments of pine wood.
Floor #: 99
Placard Text: Hraesvelgr's Fury
Observations: A white chest adorned with jewels and silver plating that is bolted and chained to the floor; several more chains are wrapped tightly around it, with an intricate lock holding the bindings together. The adjoining door appears to have sustained damage consistent with someone trying to force their way inside.
Floor #: 100
Placard Text: A Solution
Observations: The adjoining door is open, and the room is empty except for a single piece of paper affixed to the back wall that reads:
I hope you know that I am truly sorry, but we both know that desperate times such as these call for even more desperate measures. I'll try to get this back to you as soon as I can, but I honestly can't say that'll be any time soon.
I have faith that you'll be able to manage until then.
Good luck.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard storage locker at Site-64 and remain powered off outside of testing. Inquiries for potential testing may be directed to Dr. Catanae.
Description: SCP-XXXX denotes a device consisting of a rectangular cardboard box coated with gold-colored spray paint and held together with duct tape. SCP-XXXX is equipped with a set of small colored LED bulbs and several electrical ports on its sides15. The lights are oriented vertically along the side, beginning with green on the bottom and progressing to red at the top; a set of labels is present at the bottom and top of the lights, reading "Low" and "High" respectively. A small "On/Off" switch is present on the opposite face, which toggles its active state.
Despite its makeshift appearance, all attempts to open or break SCP-XXXX to view its interior have failed; imaging technology is similarly unable to penetrate the subject's interior.
When powered on, SCP-XXXX will begin to generate electricity relating to the amount of physical, mental, or emotional stress present in any human subjects located within roughly 30 meters of the object. The manner in which this power is generated is poorly understood, but appears to correlate directly with the amount of stress being experienced by nearby subjects.
