Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-8852 has had a tracking device embedded within her arm and is being held at Site-17 for the time being. SCP-8852 has been permitted basic socialisation privileges but with select personnel of calm nature and stable mental heath, this is of course contingent on good behaviour and compliance with personnel, SCP-8852 is to be allowed to roam the site with an escort of a at least one (1) personnel. The Subject can be given access to the canteen during lunchtimes although this must be done with careful supervision.
Description:
SCP-8852 (Maddie Moresby) is a caucasian female. Certificates dictate that SCP-8852 was born in 2009, meaning that SCP-8852 was ██ years old when she first surfaced to the Foundation. SCP-8852 has blonde hair and blue eyes, she is of short stature standing at around 165cm, (5 '5”) as well as being 53kg in weight. She doesn’t seem to have any deformities or abnormalities, she seems to be staying healthy.
The anomalous properties of SCP-8852 are descendant from an anomalous translation of the hippocratic oath that prevents the subject from committing any violent actions or inflicting harm upon any Sentient being whether it be a friendly shove or even throwing stuff for example the punch would stop before the victim as would the projectile being thrown or shot by SCP-8852. The subject also possesses the anomalous ability to of repair and accelerate tissue growth when her hand is in contact with scarred or wounded tissue.
Addendum 8852.1: Medical utility assessment:
SCP-8852 has demonstrated unique healing abilities and has been allowed limited access to the Medical Department because of the useful nature of her abilities, although this must be done so under supervision of atleast (1) personnel, the procedures for when the SCP is allowed to assist with operations are that the subject may not lay hands on the patient until any foreign object has been removed from the patient's body to prevent skin and tissue regrowth over objects lodged within patients.
Addendum 8852.2: Revised security arrangements:
Following trials of SCP-8852’s ‘Defensive’ capabilities security arrangements have been made to restrict potentially violent individuals from interacting with the subject, the subject must remain under guard of a minimum of (1) personnel while roaming the facility or outside of containment their containment chamber. Regarding any tests including SCP-8852 all involved personnel must not have any records of violent tendencies as well as undergoing psychological screening to prevent any aggressive behaviour towards SCP-8852 due to her inability to defend against assailants.
Appendix 1: Circumstances of Acquisition:
SCP-8852 was brought within the Foundation's jurisdiction shortly after she began her attendance at Harold Burns Medical School in Massachusetts. SCP-8852 was reported to the foundation by her brother, an intelligence agent who would assist with the capture of SCP-8852 and the transfer to Site-17 although most of the acquisition was voluntary the subject would have some hesitancy about the rules on social privileges.

Dr. Andropov: Could you give us a brief overview of who you are?
SCP-8852: Well my name is Maddison Moresby and I grew up in Southern England but i moved to Massachusetts to attend medical school. Yea and im currently seventeen.
Dr. Andropov: Alright now thats out of the way.
SCP-8852: Oh and I’ve got a severe Peanut allergy.
Dr. Andropov: Ok my colleagues and i would like you to answer a few questions.
SCP-8852: Ask away Doc.
Dr. Andropov: alright how did you first realise your abilities?
SCP-8852: I think it came after I took the hippocratic oath, you know what that is right?
Dr. Andropov: Yes I am aware of it.
SCP-8852: Well I first noticed that I couldn't inflict injury when I was having a sibling fight with my brother and my fist just stopped before him like an invisible barrier… When I'm gentle I can still touch people.
Dr. Andropov: Has this ever led to any consequences?
SCP-8852: Just losing sibling fights mostly, I also had to quit learning martial arts.
Dr. Andropov: And when did you first realise you were able to heal people by touching them?
SCP-8852: It was earlier this year, just before I came into containment and I’d broken my wrist.
Dr. Andropov: Thank you for answering truthfully… I hope.
