SCP-2003 "Dr. Truck"

Scp-2003 Or "Dr. Truck"

Safe Class

SCP-2003 is to be kept in the garage, but is allowed to roam out of the building. Personal are allowed to interact with it during breaks. Also recommended not to play "Emo" music around it. [Incident 5 and 6]

Scp-2003 has registration and shape shifting abilities. But rarely does shapeshift.

Scp-2003 is simple early 2000s American pickup. It was found in a small town in Oklahoma. (2003 Chevy Silverado Single Cab). It is completely normal except for dried blood marks on the driver seat that will never come off.

Originally it will only turn anomalous when someone gets on the car. It will then turn on and start to drive on its own. It would drive to SCP-2003-1.

Scp-2003-1 is a grave in a cemetery belonging to a "Dillan [Redacted]". Reserc shows that Dillan died in a suicide. He died in the exact same truck that SCP-2003 is. Researching more tho, they found holes in the evestigation. Multiple evidence and reporting completely wrong. That was when a researcher asked Scp-2003 if it wanted them to solve it's murder. It then responded by revving it's engine. [Incident 1]

Afterwards Scp-2003 was more responsive, even answering questions by either honking for Yes or revving for no. It also drove to two different places afterwards. [Incident 2 and 3] It has only one confirmed "Kill" [Incident 3] Once his murder was solved and the murderer was arrested. (It was his neighbor). Scp-2003 stopped driving off and instead stayed. Seeming more intristednin trying to become "Normal".

Notes By Head Researcher Dr. Rye: He. It is a quite friendly SCP. Probably the least life threatening and Nicest SCP. (Minus you know… The obvious one.) I've seen it give rides to some employees who had to go to a different building on site. It also helps the mechanics when they need to jump a car. He[Redacted]. It even saved some people lives! When we had that one decently bad containment breach. It drove into the halls and started picking up employees who were stuck. And drove them to a safe room. It then proceeded to block the entrance with itself. [Incident 4] And you what happened after that? He was [Redacted] celebrated for by a whole bunch of employees. I've never seen a SCP or anyone to that matter get that many gifts. And he's a truck! They even tried to get him considered as staff. Which didn't work but people still started calling him Dr. Truck. Someone even made a badge for him to wear. [Redacted]. I have nothing against him. I just need a break. [End log]

Incident 1 Log:

Rsercher [Redacted] "A" and Researcher [Redacted] "B" are eating lunch in the garage. (Why are they eating in there??)
Both researchers are conversing and pointing at Scp-2003. But their to quiet to pick up what they say.
Researcher "A" then proceeds to shout out loud, "Hey! 2003! Are you wanting us to figure out your Murder?!"
Both Researchers then proceed to laugh.
2003 Starts, startling the researchers.
It then rev one time before turning off.
Both researchers look at each other for two seconds before running off to Head Researcher Dr. Rye to inform him.

Incident 2 Log:

Head Researcher Dr. Rye informs Researcher "B" to get in the truck. (D class aren't allowed since they can easily escape) She was given a radio.
After getting in, Scp-2003 starts and drives off.
Others follow in Helicopter.
It starts it's usually route at high speeds.
But passes the cemetary and instead drives into a neighborhood.
It then pulls into a driveway of a abandoned house.
Later investigations reveal that was "Dillan's" house. They also pulled a couple things out and gave it to SCP-2003, being a Picture frame with him graduating collage and a folder of art from childhood to death

Incident 3 Log:

Typical procedure happens. Researcher "A" is given radio and gets into the truck.
Into required about Researcher "A": A 53 year old female with a family history of heart problems.
In middle of drive SCP-2003 stops and pills over.
Researcher "A" isn't responding.
Scp-2003 is seen slowly moving it's tires left and right. (Confused, anxious, scared?)
SCP-2003 then turns around and drives to next town over where there's a hospital. Original town didn't have one.
Scp-2003 parks near the entrance. Dr. Rye informs it through the radio to pull up more to a empty parking lot. Researcher "A" was dead.
Later confirmed dead by heart attack from the high speeds.
Afterwards, Scp-2003 stopped moving and locked it's doors. Stopping research for a month.

Incident 4 Log:

Scp-2003 is sitting in garage.
Multiple SCPs escape as a containment breach starts.
It then starts and starts to pull into the other side of the door to main building.
It then drives full speed into it, breaking it but sussefull getting inside.
It heals
It then starts driving down the halls. Once it reached a researcher, it stops by them as they got inyo the bed.
It continued this until he got a total of 9 people.
One of the researchers informs SCP-2003 of a safe room.
It then drives there, dropping them off.
Once everyone was inside, it then blocked the door with itself.
Containment breach ends a hour and 23 minutes later.
It drives back into the garage.

Incident 5 Log:

A mechanic was working on a car beside SCP-2003.
He was playing songs onto a speaker.
One song of the "country" genre, talks of a "Square Body Chevy".
The camera turns the other direction.
When it comes back SCP-2003 was "gone"
Sitting in it's place was a 1986 Chevy Silverado.
Mechanic hasn't noticed.
Scp-2003 then honks, getting the mechanics attention
Mechanic then looks over at SCP-2003
He then walks over to it and starts to talk to it. To quiet to hear.
Next day SCP-2003 was back to normal.

Incident 6 Log:

Unknown researcher was talking to SCP-2003 when she seemingly started playing music on her phone.
It could vaguely heard and has been deemed as "emo"
Unknown researcher then climbs into bed. Turns up the music. And hold onto the cab of SCP-2003. It then pulls out of the garage and starts driving recklessly around the outside part of the site.
One guards interview: "I was just standing here when I hear suddenly hear 'Jealousy. Don't mean much to me.' Then a truck with someone standing in the bed driving by…I cant believe I'm saying this but that had to be the weirdest thing I have ever seen in this job".
