Incident Report ID #: ██████

Summary: At approximately 2000 on ██/██/2005, MTF Eta-5 was dispatched to investigate a potential anomaly later designated SCP-3008, a Euclid-class SCP commonly referred to as the “infinite IKEA.” Eta-5 entered the structure at 2034 and became radio silent immediately thereafter. At 2305, Eta-5-3 emerged as the sole survivor. The subject was debriefed by the Site Director. The following interview transcript was recorded. The subject died by suicide shortly after debriefing.

INTERVIEW LOG

Interviewer: Site Director Heike Kuntz

Site Director:

The current date is ██/██/2005, 1502. Please state your name for the record.

Eta-5-3:

██████ ████.

Site Director:

Describe the incident.

Eta-5-3:

We were told it would be a quick mission. In and out. We arrived around 2030 and entered shortly after. Once inside, our comms failed completely. James tried to radio out, but nothing went through. We assumed it was equipment failure and kept moving. I knew we should’ve turned back. I didn’t say anything. That’s on me.

Site Director:

Please remain focused on the facts.
Eta-5-3 became emotionally distressed and was sedated by medical staff.

Site Director:

██/██/2005, 0913. Are you fit to continue?

Eta-5-3:

Yes. The medication helps.

Site Director:

Continue.

Eta-5-3:

We moved in formation for about twenty-five minutes before realizing we were lost. The layout kept repeating. James tried the radio again—still nothing. Kellen started panicking. Then the lights shut off, and a voice announced the store was closed. After that, the entities appeared—faceless, wearing yellow and blue. I can’t remember what the shirts said. I should be able to.
Subject displayed agitation and was restrained and removed.

Site Director:

██/██/2005, 1643. You are restrained for safety reasons. Do you understand?

Eta-5-3:

Yes.

Site Director:

Proceed.

Eta-5-3:

We were moving quietly when Conner knocked over a chair. The noise drew the entities. They rushed us. James ordered us to split up. I ran, found cover, and fired on one. It didn’t react until I emptied most of my magazine. After that, everything went quiet.
I found Conner first—or what was left of him. Then I followed gunfire and found James. There were dozens of dead entities around him. Kellen was still alive when I found him, but he was bleeding badly. I tried to help, but it was pointless. He died while I was holding pressure.

Site Director:

How did you exit SCP-3008?

Eta-5-3:

I wandered until I found an exit. I don’t know how long it took. Inside, it felt like more than a day. Outside, they said it had only been two hours.

Site Director:

Did you share this information with anyone else?

Eta-5-3:

No. I followed protocol. Please—you’re not going to kill me, right?

Site Director:

That is not our intention.

Eta-5-3:

Thank you.

Site Director:

Anything else of note?

Eta-5-3:

No.

Site Director:

This interview is concluded. You will be contacted regarding reassignment or resignation.
Eta-5-3 was escorted from the site and released.

<End Log>

The subject was found deceased the following day. Death was ruled a suicide. All associated records were classified.
