Special Containment Procedures: SCP-8135 is to be kept in an 8 x 8 x 8 chamber equipped with floodlights on the ceiling, spreading light of 7000 lumens across the room at all times. These lights are not a priority and can remain damaged or disabled for months before repair is needed. A speaker must be attached to each of the top 4 corners of the chamber. These speakers will emit white noise at 100 decibels at all times. In the event that a speaker is damaged by SCP-8135, heavy tranquillisers are to be applied, and a repair team will be sent in. Upon completion, Class A amnestics will be administered to SCP-8135 to prevent it from memorising any information concerning the structural integrity of the building. In the event that SCP-8135 attempts communication, soundproof headphones are to be given to ALL members of the facility and sapient SCPs(if compliant), and recording equipment is to be set up to understand the request and prepare a response. In the event that an employee or SCP is infected with SOLM-8135, they are to be immediately quarantined for future research. Following Incident ERGO-1413, daily checks are to be made for punctures of any kind in the camber exceeding 0.001 mm. If any of said punctures are detected, at least 2 level 5 senior staff are to be notified, and a repair team will be sent in. Punctures must be replaced by increasingly dense material, ranging from concrete to steel.

In the event of a containment breach, all neighbouring chambers must be secured thoroughly before any counteraction is executed. If SCP-8135 succeeds in escaping the facility, all civilians of nearby towns or cities must be evacuated IMMEDIATELY under Evacuation Substitute Class M (meteor strike). SCP-8135 runs at a maximum speed of 1528.443 km/h when agitated. Terrestrial and aerial vehicles are of no use, and long-range anti-air missiles must be prepared for launch to attempt to intercept SCP-8072 in its path. For future reference, this procedure will be labelled MS099 - OMEGA.

VIEW OUTDATED PROCEDURES

SCP-8135 is to be kept in a 4 x 8 x 4 chamber. It is to be fed 20 kilograms of deceased human tissue once a month. SCP-8135 is to be assured that the tissue given is removed from a freshly killed human body. In the event that SCP-8135 begins to suspect the cadaver origin of the tissue, at least 1 D Class personnel are to be sent in. Any recording equipment is to be dismantled and personnel removed from the room. The room must remain empty for 20 - 30 minutes. Any remains of the D Class personnel are to be incinerated. In the event that an employee or SCP is infected with SOLM-8135, they are to be immediately given antidotes and quarantined.

Description: SCP-8135 is an anomalous quadrupedal entity. Its colouration is dark purple, with black veins appearing over its body when under stress. It is 7 metres in length(not including its arms) and 3 metres in height when standing upright. Its arm length exceeds 4 metres when fully extended and sports large claws with 8 fingers, each with a razor-sharp serrated blade. Its most interesting feature, however, is its head. SCP-8135 will use any means necessary to cover its face from line of sight. Its preferred method is to engulf itself in darkness, but it will use objects or its claws to obscure its head if darkness is not available. This often leads to it assuming the fetal position in a corner of its chamber. While in this state, SCP-8135 is considered Neutralized.

SCP-8135 has genius-level intelligence¹, as demonstrated during Incident ERGO-1413, but this has not been observed at any point afterwards. It is capable of human speech², though only through the voices and phrases of those it has heard. This leads it to string together longer sentences in different voices and tones.³ It has requested on multiple occasions for D-55867 to speak every word ever created for it to learn. Under no circumstances should any words be spoken to SCP-8135 outside of its current vocabulary.

SCP-8135 has the ability to shift its current state of matter to any other. It can also alter these states of matter according to its preferences at that moment. For example, it has, on multiple occasions, attempted to breach the layer of polycarbonate separating the observing office from the containment chamber by increasing its body's density. [DATA EXPUNGED] of these attempts have been successful. SCP-8135 is also able to change its body into liquid and gas⁴. This essentially lets it become water and air, provided it chooses to apply the corresponding viscosity and density, respectively.

SCP-8135 constantly exudes an anomalous disease labelled SOLM-8135⁵from an unknown source. SOLM-8135 is extremely contagious, and transmittable by simply breathing on another person. However, its symptoms are very obvious and recognisable, allowing carriers of the disease to be immediately identified and quarantined. Common symptoms include:
• Shortness of breath
• Purple hue in the eyes
• An unnatural attraction to SCP-8135
• Monotone speech
• Decreased social interaction
• Decrease in body density
SOLM-8135 can be treated using a combination of antidotes from various insects and reptiles.
Note 16-4-2020: Following Incident ERGO-1413, any subjects placed in SCP-8135's chamber for any reason must be monitored at all times with any means possible.

INCIDENT ERGO-1413

11:28 pm, SCP-8135 Chamber Surveillance, Cam 1: SCP-8135 is shown lying down in the centre of its chamber. The routine feeding alarm is sounded, and a D-Class personnel is sent into the chamber for their monthly termination. SCP-8135 quickly disposes of the subject but leaves the torso untouched. SCP-8135 turns toward the camera and removes its claw from its face. The camera flashes with static, which obscures any other footage recorded.

12:25 No visible movement at any point in the chamber, investigative staff are sent in. A flash of purple appears from the left side of the chamber, and all cameras are obscured by static for approximately 40 minutes.
1:04 The D-Class personnel is shown holding a Sig Sauer, taken from one of the corpses of the investigative team strewn across the floor. The D-Class personnel begins shooting at the wall for about 10 minutes until a hole is formed from the chamber into the facility. The D-Class then collapses to the floor, lifeless. Purple liquid begins seeping out of their mouth and wounds. The liquid rises to the breach and quickly makes its way through and out. A breach in containment is called.

Brief shot of a steel net flying towards SCP-8135. The entity quickly liquidates and reforms, dodging the net.
TL Thomski: Bloody fuckin' hell! Adrien! Call Nest Egg back and send missiles!
Agent Adrien: Sir, that could kill us! What if [inaudible] too close to the city?
TL Thomski: That won't happen if you God damn CALL THEM!
Agent Adrien has a brief conversation with the Foundation inquiring about permission to launch anti-aerial missiles.
Agent Adrien: We got 2 minutes till impact, sir!
TL Thomski: Then let's keep this bastard waiting!
3 minutes pass before multiple explosions are seen and heard across the field. Containment Team 1582 are presumed dead, having been killed in the crossfire.

The city [REDACTED] was invaded by SCP-8135 shortly afterwards. No survivors were left and Procedure MS099 - OMEGA was enacted.

2. While not being fed or interviewed, SCP-8135 constantly attempts to break through the walls of its chamber. This habit has allowed Containment Procedure 8879 to be accepted.

3. Research has found that the sounds SCP-8135 makes when not speaking human language are animalistic humanoid noises incredibly slowed-down and down-pitched.
